Why does no one remember the Assyrian victims of Turkey’s Christian holocaust?

assyrian-genocideIslamic supremacist never acknowledge responsibility for any wrongdoing. The Erdogan government is energetic in working to silence and discredit anyone and everyone who tells the truth about these mass murders. “Why Does No-one Remember the Assyrian Victims of Turkey’s Christian Holocaust?,” by Uzay Bulut,International Business Times, October 28, 2014:
You may have heard of the Armenian genocide. You’ve probably heard of Stalin’s starvation of the Ukrainians, and the atrocities committed by the European empires in Africa. You’ve definitely heard of the Holocaust.
Yet chances are you’ve never heard of the Assyrian genocide, even though this was just as brutal and costly. It was perpetrated alongside the Armenian massacre, yet only one of the twin programmes has lived on in infamy.
The Assyrian genocide occurred 100 years ago, and decimated a people whose territory stretched from the areas now known as Iraq, Turkey, Syria and Egypt. Today, this very same area is the world’s fiercest conflict zone, the wounds which opened a century ago showing no sign of healin.

Kick Turkey out of NATO

Oct 25, 2014 at 12:24pm Turkey 19 Comments
erdogan-turkey-pmTurkey’s values and behaviour have changed radically in recent years, especially under the rule of convicted Islamist and president Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The country no longer shares the same human and political values as the rest of NATO, and in connection with the Islamic State’s war against fellow NATO members, it has become clear that Turkey can not be a trusted ally if the enemy also adheres to the same strict interpretation of Islam as that of Turkey’s present rulers. This is why Turkey can no longer be member of NATO:
1) Turkey does not support basic human rights, such as free speech, the equality of women and religious freedom, which NATO countries fight and risk lives to protect around the world. Turkey simply does not share these basic, crucial values with the rest of NATO.
2) Turkey allows enemy combatants from the Islamic State to enter from Europe to Syria and Iraq, where they train to kill Europeans — and then allows the jihadis to return to Europe, where they attack the people of fellow NATO countries. According to NATO’s Article 5, members should protect each other, not allow enemy soldiers use their land as a transit for attacking other member countries.

Turkey denies allowing US to use bases for anti-IS strikes - Obama Lies?

A woman near the Turkish border village of Mursitpinar celebrates as smoke rises from the Syrian town of Kobane after air strikes from the US-led coalition on jihadist militants on October 13, 2014
Turkey on Monday denied statements by US officials that it had allowed the United States access to its air bases for operations against Islamic State (IS) militants in Syria.
"There is no new agreement with the United States about Incirlik," a government official told AFP, referring to an air base in southern Turkey that the US wants to to use to launch air strikes. "Negotiations are continuing" based on conditions Turkey had previously laid out, the official added.

War against Isis: US strategy in tatters as militants march on

World View: American-led air attacks are failing. Jihadis are close to taking Kobani, in Syria – and in Iraq western Baghdad is now under serious threat.

America's plans to fight Islamic State are in ruins as the militant group's fighters come close to capturing Kobani and have inflicted a heavy defeat on the Iraqi army west of Baghdad.
The US-led air attacks launched against Islamic State (also known as Isis) on 8 August in Iraq and 23 September in Syria have not worked. President Obama's plan to "degrade and destroy" Islamic State has not even begun to achieve success. In both Syria and Iraq, Isis is expanding its control rather than contracting.
Isis reinforcements have been rushing towards Kobani in the past few days to ensure that they win a decisive victory over the Syrian Kurdish town's remaining defenders. The group is willing to take heavy casualties in street fighting and from air attacks in order to add to the string of victories it has won in the four months since its forces captured Mosul, the second-largest city in Iraq, on 10 June. Part of the strength of the fundamentalist movement is a sense that there is something inevitable and divinely inspired about its victories, whether it is against superior numbers in Mosul or US airpower at Kobani.

ISIS Battles for Kobani

UN:housands likely to be massacred if jihadists take Kobani

Turkey agrees to support the trainning and equipping of moderate opposition groups in Syria; US says airstrikes may not be enough to help Kobani.

Thousands of people most likely will be massacred if Kobani falls to Islamic State fighters, a UN envoy said on Friday, asmilitants fought deeper into the besieged Syrian Kurdish town in full view of Turkish tanks that have done nothing to intervene.

UN envoy Staffan de Mistura said Kobani could suffer the same fate as the Bosnian town of Srebrenica, where 8,000 Muslims were murdered by Serbs in 1995, Europe's worst atrocity since World War Two, while UN peacekeepers failed to protect them.

"If this falls, the 700, plus perhaps the 12,000 people, apart from the fighters, will be most likely massacred," de Mistura said. The United Nations believes 700 mainly elderly civilians are trapped in the town itself and 12,000 have left the center but not made it across the border into Turkey

Devastation in Kobani as Battle Rages - VIDEO

On the ground in the besieged city of Kobani, images taken from social media purportedly show the devastation inside the Syrian town near the Turkish border. It has been under attack from ISIL fighters for more than three weeks.

ISIL is said to control around half of the town including key buildings in the security quarter. The insurgents could be seen moving around the northeast to complete their encirclement.

US-led airstrikes have intensified in recent days, but the White House admits that air strikes alone are not going to save Kobani.

Under pressure to act, Turkey has agreed to train and arm moderate Syrian opposition groups following talks with Washington.

Turkish tanks remain poised on the border, Ankara says any intervention hinges on support from the international community.

ISIA (Islamic State) & Turkey About To Massacre 10.000 Kurds In Kobane

In what amounts to the greatest disgrace of the 21st century, the Islamic crime syndicat terrorist organization ISIL (Islamic State), which is backed by Turkey under the criminal crypto dictatorship of ethnically non-Turkish Erdogan are about to slaughter 10.000 inhabitants of the Kurdish town of Kobane which is bordering with Turkey.
The lack of support for the victims of this tragedy by countries that could help (such as the US, the UK, the EU, Russia or China) is what has sparked Kurdish protests around Europe. Everybody who criticized those protests is guilty by association of enabling Islam to slaughter the innocent civilians of Kobane.

Turkish and Arabic as well as Pakistani sympathizers of ISIL were tolerated around Europe even as they violently attacked peaceful Kurds with Machetes in nations such as Germany. Dozens of Kurds were slaughtered by Turkish police as they protested the fact that Turkey is actively helping ISIS go forward with the massacre by blocking the border through which the Kurds could escape, and by not intervening militarily.
Below is an image of the current situation as drawn by a reporter from German news outlet der Bild.

KOBANI: Islamic State beheads 3 female fighters

A couple of days ago I posted about a Syrian Kurdish female combatant who shot herself with a last bullet during fighting with militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) so as not to be taken alive.
She was right.

The reported advance came despite intense air raids by the US-led coalition on ISIS positions around the strategic town. Kurdish media outlets said coalition warplanes targeted the ISIS militants on the southern side of Mishte Nur and in the nearby village of Halanj as well as Mazraa Dawud, a few kilometers east of Kobani along the Turkish border.
The nearly three-week intense battle for the strategic town of Kobani has forced about 200,000 of people to take refuge in Turkey. The ISIS controls large areas of Syria’s east and north. The group sent its militants into Iraq in June, seizing large parts of land straddling the border between Syria and Iraq. They have carried out heinous crimes in the two countries, including mass executions and beheadings of people.

Turkey Will Not Put Boots On The Ground To Go After ISIS

by  on October 9, 2014 in FeaturedGeneral

By Walid Shoebat
So what happened with all the mounting international pressure and all the hoopla on key NATO member Turkey for a military intervention against ISIS in Syria?
Well, as we stated so many times in the past in which we can sum up the relationship of Turkey and ISIS is that the two are “in bed together” and now the “Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Ankara had no intention of sending ground troops across the border without outside help”, says AFP.
“It’s not realistic to expect that Turkey will lead a ground operation on its own,” said Cavusoglu. “We are holding talks (thats all they do is talk). Once there is a common decision, Turkey will not hold back from playing its part (ya sure).”
The Turkish foreign minister was speaking to reporters in Ankara after holding talks (talk no fight) with visiting NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg … bla bla bla.
You get the picture, never trust a Muslim nation to ‘kill other Muslims’ of the same feather.

Syrian-Turkish border town of Kobani “close to falling” - VIDEO

Media alarmed as ISIS enters Kobane

Combo photo of the front-pagesRegional papers mull the possibility of Turkish military action against IS
Islamic State's advance on the northern Syrian town of Kobane, which is on the Turkish border, has caused alarm in media across the Middle East.
In Turkey, many newspapers publish pictures of Turkish tanks positioned on the border with Syria. Some also carry Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu's remarks that Ankara is willing to send troops to Syria if the US targets the government of President Bashar al-Assad.
"The circle is closing" is how the hoisting of IS flags on buildings and hills in and around Kobane is described by a headline in Hurriyet, one of Turkey's main newspapers. The centre-right dailyHaberTurk calls the situation in Kobane "a fight for survival".

McCain: ‘If Kobani Falls, There Will Be a Mass Slaughter’-VIDEO

'A Terrible Slaughter Is Coming'

On the Turkish border, the world stands idly by as ISIS threatens a massacre in a Syrian town.

The theme of the week in the Syria conflict—that airstrikes are of only limited use in the struggle to degrade and destroy the Islamic State terror group—isabout to be underscored in terrible fashion in the besieged border town of Kobani, which is under sustained, and mainly unanswered, assault by as many as 9,000 ISIS terrorists armed with tanks and rocket launchers.

I just got off the phone with a desperate-sounding Kurdish intelligence official, Rooz Bahjat, who said he fears that Kobani could fall to ISIS within the next 24 hours. If it does, he predicts that ISIS will murder thousands in the city, which is crammed with refugees—Kurdish, Turkmen, Christian, and Arab—from other parts of the Syrian charnel house. As many as 50,000 civilians remain in the town, Bahjat said.

"A terrible slaughter is coming. If they take the city, we should expect to have 5,000 dead within 24 or 36 hours," he told me. "It will be worse than Sinjar," the site of a recent ISIS massacre that helped prompt President Obama to fight ISIS. There have been reports of airstrikes on ISIS vehicles, but so far, Bahjat said that these strikes have been modest in scope and notably ineffective.
