And why did the Iraqi military fold up so quickly before the Islamic State? Why was the Islamic State so well trained and well equipped that it was able to overwhelm this Shi’ite force and then murder 1,700 men in cold blood?

Seven Islamic State terrorists were no match for an elderly man hell-bent on avenging the execution of his son at the hands of the terrorist organization.

When Basil Ramadan, reportedly in his 60s, approached an ISIS checkpoint in Tikrit, about 120 miles northwest of Baghdad, he gunned down the terrorists manning the facility, according to the Daily Mail.

Ramadan managed to take out seven using an AK-47 before he himself was shot and killed.

The Mar Behnam monastery is a place of Christian pilgrimage

Local residents said monks at the Mar Behnam monastery were allowed to take only the clothes they were wearing.

The monastery, which dates from the 4th Century, is a major Christian landmark and a place of pilgrimage.

Christians have fled Mosul after the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (Isis) told them to convert to Islam, pay a tax or face death.

“There is No Life Without Jihad” - from the Religion of Peace

I just spent the better part of the day reading and listening to sermons by the leaders and jihadis of the new “caliphate” in Mesopotamia, the Islamic State (formerly “Islamic State of Iraq and Syria”).

I did so in the vain hopes of learning something “new.”

It’s the same Koran verses; the same hadiths of Islamic prophet Muhammad waging and praising jihad; the same threats of hellfire for the munafiqun(hypocrites or lukewarm Muslims); the same carnal rewards in the now or hereafter for those who join the “caravan” of jihad.

Consider for instance the following opening words of a recently released short video from the Islamic State titled, “There is No Life Without Jihad”:

If you wish to know the way to glory and power, to goodness, security and joy, you must learn that there are no rights without jihad, no justice without jihad, no dignity without jihad, no security without jihad, no future without jihad, no life without jihad, no life without jihad.

DIRTY BOMB FEARS AFTER ISIS SEIZE URANIUM

Extreme Islamist group ISIS have seized 90lb (40kg) of radioactive uranium in Iraq which could be used to make a dirty bomb. The Times reports that the militants seized the material after overrunning a university in the city of Mosul, which they captured last month.

Iraq's ambassador to the UN has now appealed to the international community for help to "stave off the threat of their use by terrorists in Iraq and abroad."

This is believed to be the first time that an Islamist terror group has been able to obtain such a large quantity of radioactive material, and security analysts now fear they could use it in so-called "dirty bombs" – conventional bombs loaded with radioactive substances.

Muslims (ISIS, HAMAS) good at destroying, but what have they built?

The usual round of riots, mayhem and murder are once more engulfing the wonder that is the land of Israel. It indeed is a wonder, when one considers what the land of "Palestine" was and had become since the end of the Crusades - a barren wasteland, with few inhabitants save for a handful of Bedouins.

When the UN ceded the area to the Jewish people, who had suffered the worst mass slaughter in history at the hands of the industrious Germans who followed the Nazi Party, Jews from across Europe flocked to the Promised Land - this return had been predicted in the Bible, and it was seen as proof of God's Promise.

Having little to work with, and relying heavily on contributions from Jews around the world and Foreign Aid from America and others, the Jews rolled up their sleeves, and did what they have done for thousands of years - they worked from morning till night, year in and year out and built a Garden from a Desert Wasteland.

What did the Muslims do?

Five mighty Arab armies made War on Israel and were humiliated in a stunning defeat.

The Muslims call this "The Great Shame" to this day - but who was to blame?

The Arabs have tried repeatedly, but have Always lost to tiny Israel.

They had(have) only themselves to blame.

Today, we see the hysterical and drugged up Palestinians throwing stones again and the Hamas Terrorists firing Rockets from Gaza - proving once more that ISLAM IS NO RELIGION OF PEACE!

Though it is largely exaggerated by the Mainstream Media, Gaza is a mess, walls covered with Grafitti, with large sections like any Ghetto in the USA - why?

BECAUSE THE RADICAL MUSLIMS OF HAMAS THAT GOVERN IT ARE MORE INTERESTED IN KILLING JEWS AND DESTROYING ISRAEL THAN HELPING THEIR OWN PEOPLE.  THEY CANNOT BUILD - THEY CAN ONLY DESTROY. 

In the Five years that the Taliban ran Afghanistan the world saw the same thing - a DISMAL FAILURE.

IRAN is also in bad shape, but spending like MAD to ACQUIRE ATOMIC BOMBS - TO KILL JEWS.

Muslims are VERY GOOD AT DESTROYING (and have been for thousands of years) -

U.S. Seen as Biggest Oil Producer After Overtaking Saudi Arabia

The U.S. will remain the world’s biggest oil producer this year after overtaking Saudi Arabia and Russia as extraction of energy from shale rock spurs the nation’s economic recovery, Bank of America Corp. said.

U.S. production of crude oil, along with liquids separated from natural gas, surpassed all other countries this year with daily output exceeding 11 million barrels in the first quarter, the bank said in a report today. The country became the world’s largest natural gas producer in 2010. The International Energy Agency said in June that the U.S. was the biggest producer of oil and natural gas liquids.

The Final Solution to Muslim Terror

This is really getting tiring - here we go again with American Advisers, as in Vietnam in the early 1960's.

After 4,500 American lives, two Billion Dollars and nine years we are once again being asked to save the worthless asses of the Iraqis.  I have a great idea folks:

I recall the long historical lessons from CNN and many nights with Bernard Shaw and Peter Arnette as Crisis in the Gulf (nightly on CNN at 6:30 CST) Became War in The Gulf. Stormin' Norman , AKA Norman Schwarzkopf, Jr. gave us a stirring report of the Astounding US Advance and always a good laugh. (normally at the expense of Saddam's laughable Army)

After 12 years, we repeated the Same invasion, this time going all the way to Baghdad.  BTW - those reports of Iraqi Soldiers throwing down their arms and running Away as ISIS advances that you are hearing on the news now are EXACTLY what Saddam's Army Did in 2003.  Many of them of course joined the Islamic Jihad in Iraq which kept us busy for another five years. But many Just RAN WAY never to fight again.


That SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT THE FEARLESS MUSLIM WARRIORS!

Now, it's SOS as the Old Sunni/Shia/Kurd question (that was never settled at all) resurfaces, this time with potentially devastating consequences for US interests and America.  The Iraq Mess is further complicated by reports that a number of former Ba’athist military commanders from the Saddam Hussein era had joined forced with ISIS in the effort to overthrow the Malarky regime. 


Anyway, as I did in 1991, I propose an easy, efficient and cost-effective solution to this vexing Dilemma:
