#CHICAGO Celbrates #BLACK #HISTORY MONTH !
FOX 32 News ChicagoCHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire / FOX 32 News) - A man was found dead with multiple gunshot and stab wounds in a Near West Side apartment Monday night.
About 9 p.m., Chicago Fire Department crews responded to a fire alarm in an apartment in the 100 block of North Wood, police said.
After forcing their way inside, they found 60-year-old Robert Smith lying face down with multiple gunshot and stab wounds, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Smith, who lived in the same block where he was found, was pronounced dead at the scene, the medical examiner's office said. An autopsy Tuesday found he died of multiple gunshot wounds and his death was ruled a homicide, the medical examiner's office said.

A Staten Island grand jury cleared an NYPD cop Wednesday in the chokehold death of Eric Garner during his caught-on-video arrest for peddling loose cigarettes, The Post has learned.
The panel voted a “no-bill” and dismissed all potential charges against Officer Daniel Pantaleo, sources said.
The blockbuster decision capped weeks of investigation by the special grand jury, which was empaneled in September specifically to review evidence in Garner’s racially charged death.

The communist and racist New Black Panther Party plotted to bomb St. Louis’ Gateway Arch and assassinate local law enforcement officials, but the Justice Department so far has limited its prosecution of the group to an indictment of two members on minor gun charges.
The soft treatment for activities that normally would have brought federal terrorism charges appears to be part of efforts by Attorney General Eric Holder and the Justice Department to “go soft” on the racist group, according to former Justice official J. Christian Adams.
“I have always been perplexed why these guys get special treatment,” said Adams, who worked in the Justice Department Civil Rights Division and noted a similar conciliatory legal treatment of New Black Panther Party members in a 2008 case of voter suppression by the group in Philadelphia.
Justice Department spokesman Marc Raimondi declined to comment on the Black Panther bomb plot and would not say whether additional charges in the case are pending.
In the earlier case against the Panthers, voter intimidation charges were dropped by the Justice Department against the Panthers, and charges were downgraded against one group member, King Shabazz, in what critics say was an effort to show official favoritism toward the group.
Adams’ 2011 book, “Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department,” includes a photograph of then presidential candidate Barack Obama marching in Selma, Alabama, with members of the New Black Panther Party in March 2007.

A video provided to St. Louis blogger Bob McCarty of the crime scene at the South St. Louis Bevo Mill neighborhood where a group of black teenagers bludgeoned Bosnian immigrant Zemir Begic to death with hammers, strongly suggests the motive for the attack - retaliation for the Michael Brown shooting.
At the beginning of the one minute video, the woman who recorded the scene, expressed her profound and at times profane disgust with what had just happened in her neighborhood.

Grandmas Smoking Weed' Is a Hit on YouTube, but Is It Legal?

Three grandmas have gotten millions of views on YouTube by purportedly smoking weed for the first time.
Produced by Cut Video, an offshoot of the Seattle-based creative team Super Frog Saves Tokyo, the viral video features three grandmothers taking bong hits and vaping, in addition to playing Cards Against Humanity and being hilarious.
While we found the whole thing to be comic gold, we definitely had some concerns about whether the whole thing was legal.

AZ SHERIFF: FEDS REFUSE TO GIVE US NAMES OF RELEASED CRIMINAL ALIENS
Pinal County, AZ Sheriff Paul Babeu reported that that federal government “refuses” to give him the names of illegal aliens who commit crimes in the US and are released on Wednesday’s “Your World with Neil Cavuto” on the Fox News Channel.
Babeu said that “law enforcement in many cases have let these criminals go even when there's an outstanding hold or a warrant for them from immigration [officials].” And “what we've had happened right here in my county, there were hundreds of convicted criminals that were released right here. There are thousands including California, Georgia, and Texas, and to this day the federal government refuses to tell us their names…there’s no consequences for all of these criminals. They're back out on the street and the federal government will refuse to give us these names because they know we can then connect thousands of these criminals who the federal government once held in custody and then released them.”

Pro-GOP Chicago Pastor Gets Death Threats, Church Collection Box Robbed

A black Chicago pastor is speaking out about death threats he has received after publicly supporting the Republican candidate for governor.
The harassment didn't end there. This weekend, nearly $8,000 was stolenfrom New Beginnings Church's collection box.
Corey Brooks told Steve Doocy this morning that the box had been there for six months, with members putting in change and small amounts.
The money was going to go toward the construction of a community center on the South Side.
"The young people have nowhere to go. They have nowhere to express or enhance their lives. ... Our church has been working diligently to raise funds. We haven't depended on the government to give us anything," said Brooks.
The robbery came shortly after threats to Brooks over his support for Bruce Rauner for governor against Democrat incumbent Pat Quinn.
"I'm definitely not backing down," said Brooks, explaining that he supports Rauner as the best choice for the state and the city.

Two people were killed and at least nine others were shot on the South and West sides between Friday night and early Saturday.
About 11:40 p.m. Friday, a man thought to be in his 30s was shot in the abdomen in the 5300 block of South Hoyne in the Back of the Yards neighborhood, police said.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he later died, police said. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed the death but declined to release further details early Saturday.
About 10 p.m., two men were shot – one fatally – in the Austin neighborhood, police said.
The men, 23 and 24, were standing in a yard in the 5500 block of West Corcoran about 10 p.m. when multiple people fired shots from a sidewalk, police said.

Guess who got arrested Monday night after she refused to get up off the ground out in the middle of the road in front of the Ferguson Police Department?And not only arrested, but arrested while her breath reportedly reeked of alcohol and she just so happened to be carrying a fully loaded 9mm with extra ammo?
Why none other than Anti-gun Missouri Senator Jamilah Nasheed (D-St. Louis), who has herself sponsored multiple gun control bills.

Nasheed, along with another male, entered the street, were told numerous times by not only by the St. Louis County commander, but other officers on scene, that they needed to leave the street or they were subject to arrest," St. Louis County Police Sgt. Brian Schellman said. "They failed to comply, and they were taken into custody."
Here she is below chanting in the street in protest of the Michael Brown shooting — which the autopsy has now revealed happened after Brown went for Police Officer Darren Wilson's gun — prior to her arrest. Police gave the Senator and her companion numerous warnings to get out of the street and back on the sidewalk before they arrested her but she refused to budge.

REPORT: FERGUSON OFFICER DARREN WILSON SAYS HE FEARED FOR LIFE
WASHINGTON (AP) — The New York Times is reporting that the police officer who fatally shot an unarmed 18-year-old in a St. Louis suburb last summer has told investigators that he was pinned in his vehicle and in fear for his life as they struggled over his gun.
The newspaper reports that Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson has told authorities that Michael Brown reached for the gun during a scuffle. The Times reports that the officer's account to authorities did not explain why he fired at Brown multiple times after emerging from his vehicle.
According to the newspaper, the account of Wilson's version of events came from government officials briefed on the federal civil rights investigation into the Aug. 9 shooting.

Vicious Thugs swarm Jewish Deli yellng 'anti-Semitic' slurs steal 'candies and cookies'
Surveillance footage of the event shows the teens storming the entrance of Gourmet Butcher, a deli in crown heights at just after 9pm
- It 'happened in seconds,' said deli owner Yanki Klein who says they destroyed between $500 and $700 worth of goods
- One 23-year-old reported being assaulted during the attack
- Owners at the deli, which is a kosher establishment, say that teenagers have come in before yelling anti-Semitic language
- Police are not investigating the event as a hate crime
Ambush: Dozens of teens unexpectedly swarmed a Crown Heights deli at around 9 p.m on Saturday night
Vandals: Teens knocked all of the candies and cookies off of the counter and pocketed some as they continued to terrorize the owners at the Gourmet Deli in Crown Heights
Destroyed: The teens can be seen in surveillance video knocking over shelves and storage boxes in the small kosher deli in Crown heights where they allegedly destroyed up to $700 worth in merchandise
One employee was able to chase the teens out with a broom.
