While conservative media have pointed out for some time that the "Hands Up, Don't Shoot" protest gesture adopted by angry demonstrators after the shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, is based on a blatant lie, liberals are finally seen starting to admit it.

The Washington Post's liberal columnist Jonathan Capehart wrote in his column that Department of Justice (DOJ) reports on its investigation of the Aug. 9, 2014, shooting "forced me to deal with two uncomfortable truths: Brown never surrendered with his hands up, and Wilson was justified in shooting Brown."

Conservative TV hosts such as Megyn Kelly and Sean Hannity of Fox News and Joe Scarborough of MSNBC have noted that the DOJ report states that Brown did not have his hands up when he was shot and was, in fact, attacking Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. But liberals so far have ducked explaining why, as the headline on Capehart's article states, "'Hands up, don't shoot' was built on a lie," Mediaite notes.

Capehart writes that the DOJ report shows Brown "to be an inappropriate symbol" for protests over police brutality against blacks. He notes that statements that Brown had his hands up at the time he was shot initially came from Brown's friend Dorian Johnson, who even claimed Brown had been shot in the back by Wilson. Those statements were proven wrong by the DOJ, but Johnson's version already had gone out on the media, and it become a protest symbol.

Ferguson is a racial powder keg, and Barack Obama and Eric Holder lit the fuse that resulted in the shooting of two police officers.

The shootings occurred after Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson was forced to resign under pressure from Holder’s DOJ report. The report accused the Ferguson Police Department of “institutional racism.”

The DOJ couldn’t find enough evidence to charge Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson with any federal crimes in the shooting death of Michael Brown. Two separate bodies have debunked the lie that Brown was shot with his hands up.

But this wasn’t enough to calm blacks who believed the original lie, as told by Obama and Holder, that Michael Brown died because he was black! These black “leaders” are responsible for inciting riots and for the latest cop shootings in Ferguson.

Let’s take a trip down memory lane.

A serving Ferguson police officer revealed that he broke down in tears after he read the Department of Justice report which condemned his force and said: ‘I just close my eyes and wish it wasn’t like that’.

The officer said that his colleagues were ‘good cops’ and that they were ‘hurting’ just like the rest of the community.

In an exclusive interview with Daily Mail Online he said they were all standing behind embattled Ferguson police chief Tom Jackson but were fearful they would lose their jobs if the department was shut down.

He said: ‘People who don’t know me see me and then they hate me. That’s not fair....I’m not going to hate people because they are venting.

‘It’s tough but I still have to get to work.

‘I have to take it because they are venting and we have to let them vent, but I will protect this city, I will protect Ferguson’.

DOJ Will Not File Charges In Self-Defense Shooting of Michael Brown

According to the New York Times, the U.S Department of Justice will not file civil rights charges against Darren Wilson, the police officer who shot and killed strong-arm robbery suspect and attempted cop-killer Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.

Justice Department lawyers will recommend that no civil rights charges be brought against the police officer involved in the fatal shooting of an unarmed teenager in Ferguson, Mo., after an F.B.I. investigation found no evidence to support charges, law enforcement officials said Wednesday.

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. and his civil rights chief, Vanita Gupta, will have the final say on whether the Justice Department will close the case against the officer, Darren Wilson. But it would be unusual for them to overrule the prosecutors on the case, who are still working on a legal memo explaining their recommendation.

A decision by the Justice Department would bring to an end to the politically charged investigation of Mr. Wilson in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown. Missouri authorities concluded their investigation into Mr. Brown’s death in November and also recommended against charges.

Brown was shot and killed as he charged officer Wilson after attempting to shoot Wilson with his own weapon just moments before. Brown was shot six times, with the sixth and final shot delivered at least than ten feet as Brown was charging towards Wilson in an apparent second attempt to assault Wilson and use his weapon against him

ST. LOUIS –  A member of the unusual grand jury that declined to indict a Ferguson police officer in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown contends in a lawsuit filed Monday that the prosecutor in the case has wrongly implied that all 12 jurors believed there was no support for any charges.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed the lawsuit on behalf of the unnamed juror, who wants to be allowed to talk publicly about the case but could face charges for doing so because of a lifetime gag order. The juror also says he or she came away with the impression that evidence was presented differently than in other cases, with the insinuation that Brown, not Officer Darren Wilson, was the wrongdoer.

Brown, who was black, was unarmed when he was fatally shot after an Aug. 9 confrontation with Wilson, who is white. The shooting in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson led to widespread unrest, including some protests that resulted in local business being burned and looted. Protests again turned violent on Nov. 24, when St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch publicly announced that the grand jury investigating the case had decided there wasn't enough evidence to indict Wilson. Wilson has since resigned from the department.

Former KKK leader David Duke, who was once an Imperial Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan from 1974 to 1975, attacked Nicki Minaj and the entire hip hop industry, going so far as to claim that black people were not really responsible for hip hop and rap.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, although the presence of Ku Klux Klan in Ferguson was blamed for the burning of the church attended by Michael Brown’s family, the KKK has been expanding during the Black Lives Matter protest movement and is said to be targeting Afghanistan war veterans. The Ku Klux Klan has also been trying to advertise their group as not being a hate group, and a recent KKK billboard was controversial since it claimed “it’s not racist to love your people.”

Besides being a former Ku Klux Klan leader, David Duke is a former political candidate who currently maintains his own online radio show where he offers political commentary on a variety of topics. This time Duke took on Nicki Minaj, claiming that the female rap artist would not be anything at all… if it were not for the Jews.

I hold a Masters in Music Composition and don't listen to TRASH like Hip Hop and Rap but this dispute is not at all unique: there is a popular idea that says BLACKS were the first musicians to Play JAZZ.  It's due primarily to Andre Hodier, a French Music critic who popularized the idea after many UNSKILLED early American Jazz Musicians who could no longer find work in the USA took up residence in France.

The Idea took hold with the Elite in Music Critics but Jazz GURU Leonard Feather, Author of the Encyclopedia of Jazz and many others cite early reports that JAZZ (Or Jass as it was then called), what we know today as DIXIELAND was being played by Whites as well as NEGRO musicians at the same time.

Additionally, the New Orleans birthplace is another popular myth of American Musical History.  While the French Quarter (and the many whore houses) played an important role in early Jass, Marching Bands in all parts of the Country can be heard on early recordings ALL Playing the same style of Collective Improvisation, or Dixieland Jass (Jazz).

As Musicians like King Oliver and his star Trumpeter Louis Armstrong came north to better working conditions and money in Chicago a new legend (and the CHICAGO STYLE) was born. (any interested should see "Really the Blues", by Mezz Mezzrow - he offers a unique history of the period)

The BLACK Origin of BLUES also seems to be a popular myth - journalists report that CONFEDERATE SOLDIERS were playing the 12 bar Blues form as early as the Battle of Vicksburg in the Civil War.

Anti-police protesters in New York City hoping to disrupt the annual New Year’s Eve ball drop in Times Square didn’t quite make it that far Wednesday night.

The demonstrators marched from Union Square to 38th and Broadway, where they were prohibited from going any further uptown towards the celebration when the clock struck 12. Protesters were beckoned by the organization Stop Mass Incarceration to participate in the march on New Year’s Eve.

The New York Police Department passed out flyers to protesters at Union Square telling the marchers that they must walk on the sidewalk during their march and not go into the streets and block vehicle traffic. A recording that looped numerous times played the NYPD flyer’s message through a loudspeaker during the night.

Barack Obama thinks that, in terms of “day-to-day interactions,” America is “less racially divided” than it was six years ago when he took office; however, that’s not the case according to recent polling.

In fact, a majority, 53 percent of Americans think race relations have gotten worse under Obama. Thirty-six percent believe they’ve stayed the same, while 9 percent feel they’ve improved, according to Bloomberg Politics.

Another poll released by CNN/ORC earlier this week found that 57 percent of white Americans believe few police officers, if any, treat black people differently, while only a quarter of nonwhite respondents held the same view.

The NPR interview took place Dec. 18, a day after People magazine published remarks by the president and first lady Michelle Obama saying that they themselves had experienced racial prejudice.

At the same time, it often seems that both Barack and Michelle Obama spend a fair amount of time highlighting racial issues from their past, despite having lived in the White House for six years.

The man who murdered those two policemen in Brooklyn is a Muslim jihadist.

The Muslim Brotherhood uses a variation on the same verse in its logo.

ISIS has been actively recruiting Ferguson criminals, according to the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois.

With tweets that say “Hey blacks, ISIS will save you” and references to Malcolm X and slavery, ISIS was reaching out to criminals during the protests and riots after Michael Brown’s death.

U.S. Attorney Steve Wigginton told KSDK that the federal government has received “intelligence reports for law enforcement showing actual tweets ISIS was putting out encouraging Americans to join the people who were burning down buildings in Ferguson to engage that kind of conduct across America.”

FBI special agent Sean Cox told the outlet, “We are very concerned by threats posed by homegrown violent extremists from individuals who live in the same community they intend to attack.”

“These individuals are difficult for us to detect, as they are able to connect with other extremists with relative ease and they are more capable from an operational standpoint because they are familiar with their intended target areas,” he added.

During the first round of riots and protests in Ferguson, an “ISIS is Here” sign was displayed while CNN was interviewing protesters on the streets.
