#PJNEt #Obama golf pal called ‘hostile’ witness in #Chicago fraud case

By

One of President Obama’s close friends and regular golf buddies is caught up in a steamy legal case that dates back to the pocket-padding Blagojevich days, as prosecutors accuse him of being a hostile witness.
Prosecutors are trying to speak with Eric Whitaker in connection with a Chicago fraud case involving millions of taxpayer dollars from the former Blagojevich administration to a businessman who allegedly spent it on vacation homes, luxury cars and more.
But court documents claim Whitaker, a 49-year-old physician and former hospital administrator who frequently is photographed with Obama hitting the links, has stopped cooperating with the U.S. District Attorney’s Office.
Federal prosecutors now want to treat him as “a witness clearly hostile to the government” the next time they question him, according to documents filed by the prosecutor’s office at the U.S. District Court in Springfield, Ill.

Surprise ~> Why the Obamas' REALLY lost their law licenses...

HB

Because I live in Chicago, one of the questions I get asked a lot via email or comments on this site is if I know why the Obamas both lost their licenses to practice law in Illinois (not that a lack of license can really stop a Democrat from practicing law…just ask Elizabeth Warren about that). I think I know why they lost their licenses, but the answer may surprise (or disappoint) you.

According to people I know who worked with Michelle Obama when she was employed by the City of Chicago, Michelle hated being a lawyer. The work was too hard and she was not very good at it. The reason Michelle went to work for the City is because she was hired via a recommendation from Jesse Jackson which then qualified her as a “Jesse Hire”; this is slang here in Chicago for an “untouchable hire”, meaning this is someone on the City payroll who can never be fired or even disciplined in any way because their employment was a political favor to someone. In Michelle’s case, that someone was Jesse Jackson and Michelle was thus one of the many black people working for the City at Jackson’s insistence who were not expected to actually do their jobs and instead could read newspapers, shop in catalogs, play Minesweeper on their computers, or just spin aimlessly around in their swivel chairs all day. Michelle reportedly took two or even three lunch breaks a day, would disappear for hours, went on constant “personal appointments” and treated her work space at the City like it was an airport lounge: a place to go for a while to kill time where she could snack, peruse magazines, gossip, and talk loudly on the phone with girlfriends and laugh and laugh and laugh.

No one could say boo to her and a LOT of resentment developed, of course, but this is how Chicago operates and even Mayor Daley (who ruled the city as a king) was terrified of angering Jesse Jackson because Jesse’s big threat was always to find some excuse to dispatch the Rainbow Push Coalition to the streets to rant, rave, scream, and protest that Daley was…wait for it…bet you can’t guess…RACIST!

FAA - Chicago Terror Atrack was thorough

By Alan Levin

The first radio links with pilots were lost just as the pre-dawn crush of flights into Chicago began.
Air-traffic controllers in a nondescript Federal Aviation Administration building about 40 miles from the city switched to backup channels. Then those failed. They tried emergency connections, which also went dead.
Within minutes, radar feeds, flight plans and other data controllers rely on to direct more than 6,000 aircraft a day above five U.S. states had vanished as a fire was being set in a communications room one floor below. The attack was thorough and carried out by someone who knew the system intimately -- down to removing steel sheathing on data cables to destroy them, according to three people with knowledge of the incident.

Illinois 4th most Corrupt State in US

When we think of government corruption (as one tends to do),  our biased minds often gravitate to thoughts of military juntas and third world governments. But, of course, corruption is everywhere, in one form or another. And it’s costing U.S. citizens big time.
A new study from researchers at the University of Hong Kong and Indiana University estimates that corruption on the state level is costing Americans in the 10 most corrupt states an average of $1,308 per year, or 5.2% of those states’ average expenditures per year.
The researchers studied more than 25,000 convictions of public officials for violation of federal corruption laws between 1976 and 2008 as well as patterns in state spending to develop a corruption index that estimates the most and least corrupt states in the union. Based on this method, the the most corrupt states are:
1. Mississippi
2. Louisiana
3. Tennessee
4. Illinois
5. Pennsylvania
6. Alabama
7. Alaska
8. South Dakota
9. Kentucky
10. Florida

(Chicago) As the situation in Ferguson, Missouri continues to play out, clergy in Chicago held a prayer service in Daley Plaza Monday, calling for an end to violence in Ferguson and Chicago.
"Bless the parents of Michael Brown, that they may feel your comfort as they grieve the loss and death of their son," said Rev. B. Herbert Martin of the Progressive Community Church in Bronzeville, as he led a prayer.
At least 100 people took in the service. The demonstration is one of many that have been taking place since Brown was shot August 9th.

While the CNN is having a Mediagasm in #Ferguson and Holder prepares to take charge, even Obsma has forgotten all about Chicago.

One might think that since he maintains a residence here and this is the City that helped him in his bid for State Office which then led to the White House that Chicago may play a role but not at all:

OBAMA HAS DONE NOTHING TO HELP END THE GANG WARFARE THAT HAS KILLED SO MANY IN CHICAGO

HOLDER HAS DO NOTHING AND HAD SENT NO ADDITiONAL RESOURCES

There is no political capitol to be had and the networks would ignore it and they continue to ignore the warfare that murders so many - but #Ferguson can get TV TIME while Chicago's Very OWN JESSE (HIGH) JACK*** raises money and recruits more agitators for His Operation Push.

WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU OBAMA?

WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU  HOLDER?

Ferguson is Chicago 1968 re-visited

The rioting taking place in Missouri reminds us of the Dark Days of 1968 - a year that will live in Infamy here in Chicago.

Chicago Police confront rioters

The city had been experiencing the normal amount of violence from the West and South Sides but the sudden assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King gave the drunken and doped up gang bangers and their syophants a good reason to Burn Baby, Burn.  The slogan had been championed in other disturbances and was a hallmark of the violent Communist-loving Black Panther Party.  Since most membets of the Black Panthers were ex-cons and/or current street gang members and drug dealers the Chicago Police had kept a close watch on this dangeous group so nothing was a surprise.

The rioting began around 1:00 PM and by 4 was going full throttle.  CPD was overwhelmed so Mayor Daley (the Boss) Called in the Illinois National Guard.

Since we had Legal Business that day we drove right through it - the hostile stares and gestures were alarmingit but fortunately no one was injured.  The insanity continued:

The riots resulted in over 125 fires and 210 buildings being damaged, totaling $10 million worth of damages. Power lines and telephone lines all around the city were knocked out. In the first two days of rioting, police reported multiple civilian deaths but were unable to determine whether they were caused by the riots or other crimes. No official death toll was given for the riots, although published accounts say 9 to 11 people died as a result. Almost 300 people were arrested, and a thousand people were left homeless. The destruction was mostly on the west side. However, there was some damage in the south side ghetto and near the north side.
Following the riots, Chicago experienced a food shortage, and the city's needs were barely met by volunteers bringing food to the area. Results of the riots include the increase in pace of the area’s ongoing deindustrialization and public and private disinvestment. Bulldozers moved in to clean up after ticghe rioters, leaving behind vacant lots, many of which remain today. No clashes of this magnitude have happened in the United States since 1968.  1.
The West Side Burns

The end result of this tribal orgy of violence and mayhem was to scare legitimate business away for good.  The financial life of the West and South Sides was devasted for decades.  The Vacant lots where beautiful buliding once stood can still be seen on the West Side of Chicago.  They got just what they deserved.
So if the barbarians of 2014 want to repeat the same mistake, let them. Only it will be different this time:  for, if they do BURN BABY BURN -

Today there are Reports that the Black Panthers are in Missousi and encouraging the same sort of KILL THE PIGS rhetoric they used here in Chicago.  Our Cops knew the danger and blasted a few of their leaders to Hell so let's hope that the Cops in this sistuation do likewise.

After it's over, the damage will be re-built.

And OBAMA WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT11!

Chicago Holiday Toll Was 82 Shootings, 14 Deaths

(CHICAGO) -- The spree of shootings in Chicago during the long holiday weekend reached 82 incidents and included 14 deaths, according to a tabulation of police reports.

That number marks a significant jump from the same period last year, despite an increase of "hundreds" of officers on the street to prevent violence.

"It's groundhog day here in Chicago again," Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said Monday morning, in an apparent reference to repeated spasms of violence in the city.

Of the 14 fatalities, two were shot dead by police.

The Chicago police department released different statistics claiming the weekend saw 50 shootings that included nine fatalities.

The difference in the statistics is the difference in the time frame. Chicago police figures spanned a period from 6 p.m. Thursday as the long holiday weekend began to midnight Sunday. Figures calculated by ABC News' affiliate WLS began at 4 p.m. Thursday to 3:30 a.m. Monday and totaled 82 shootings.

Chicago BlackHawks win 4-3, force Game 7

Posted: May 31, 2014 9:21 AM CDTUpdated: May 31, 2014 9:22 AM CDT
One of the best playoff series of all time will end as it should with a Game 7 at the United Center on Sunday. Because on Friday night the Chicago Blackhawks wouldn’t be denied and captured Game 6 in Los Angeles 4-3. These two teams are evenly matched and this series has been one giant commercial for the NHL.
The Kings have been perfect this season in two previous series by winning Game 7 versus San Jose and Anaheim. The Blackhawks are a perfect 13-0 in Games 5, 6, and 7 since last year. Los Angeles is looking to become the first team to win three seven-game series and advance to the Stanley Cup Final. No matter how one parses the numbers, something has to give in Game 7.
The Hawks outplayed Los Angeles for much of the opening frame but ended up trailing by a goal. In an odd sequence, where Corey Crawford looked as if he was going to play the puck behind the net but didn’t, the result was a Dwight King goal. Brent Seabrook hesitated and every Chicago player on the ice was caught flat-footed as King was left wide open in the slot. The goal could have deflated the Blackhawks as if took place at the 17:03 mark but they rebounded nicely.

Illinois Senate approves ride-sharing regulations

Illinois Senate approves rules for unregulated ridesharing companies

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) -- A plan in the Illinois Legislature that's close to reaching the governor's desk for approval would devastate the ridesharing industry in the state, companies including Uber, Lyft and Sidecar say.
The Senate passed a proposal with strong support Thursday that would place statewide rules on the unregulated industry that connects passengers and drivers through a smartphone app. Its burgeoning popularity in the Chicago area and across the country comes much to the chagrin of taxi company owners, who say the new innovation should play by the same rules as cabs.
The new rules would level the playing field and allow the competitors to survive, said Mara Georges, an attorney for the Illinois Transportation Trade Association, which represents taxi and chauffer livery companies.

The legacy of Saul Alinsky

Recall that Hillary did her college thesis on his writings and Obama writes about him in his books.
Saul Alinsky died about 43 years ago, but his writings influenced those in political control of our nation today.......

Died: June 12, 1972, Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA
Education: University of Chicago
Spouse: Irene Alinsky
Books: Rules for Radicals, Reveille for Radicals
Anyone out there think that this stuff isn't happening today in the U.S.?
All eight rules are currently in play

How to create a social state by Saul Alinsky:

There are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.

1) Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people
2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4) Gun Control– Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools
8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Does any of this sound like what is happening to the United States?

Alinsky merely simplified Vladimir Lenin's original scheme for world conquest by communism, under Russian rule. Stalin described his converts as "Useful Idiots."
