The death toll continues to mount. The unreality and fantasy upon which Western policy toward this threat is based nonetheless remains unshaken.

YOLA, Nigeria Nov 27 (Reuters) – A roadside bomb tore through a bus station near a busy junction in northeast Nigeria on Thursday, killing 40 people including five soldiers, witnesses and a security source on the scene said.

The security source and witness Abubakar Adamu, a mechanic who narrowly avoided being blown up himself, said the blast set several buses on fire at the Marabi-Mubi junction, in a part of the country plagued by violence linked to the Boko Haram Islamist insurgency.

“There were bodies everywhere on the ground,” Adamu said.

The location is about 30 km (20 miles) west of Mubi, a town near the Cameroon border seized last month by Boko Haram militants fighting to carve an Islamic state out of religiously-mixed Nigeria. It has since been recaptured.

An explosion has struck a public health college in Nigeria's second city of Kano, in the north, killing at least eight people, police say.

At least 20 others were wounded in the blast at the Kano School of Hygiene.

The city has been targeted in the past by the radical Islamist group Boko Haram, which aims to create an Islamic state in northern Nigeria.

Three states to the east of Kano are under a government-imposed emergency after years of militant attacks.

Kano State police spokesman Magaji Majiya, who confirmed the attack, said eight people had been killed and many others with horrific injuries had been taken to hospital for treatment.

ISIS blitzkrieg analogy is correct and USA should pay careful attention

In the two weeks since the ISIS advance in Iraq invaded the news, the word blitzkrieg has been used repeatedly.

For the benefit of our younger readers, here's an explanation. 

BLITZKRIEG (LIGHTNING WAR)

In the first phase of World War II in Europe, Germany sought to avoid a long war. Germany's strategy was to defeat its opponents in a series of short campaigns. Blitzkrieg tactics required the concentration of offensive weapons (such as tanks, planes, and artillery) along a narrow front.

The ISIS Terror fighters in Iraq have a long history of learning from Fascism since the Arabs were allied with Adolph Hitler and his Nazi Party in WWII.

The Nazis and the Muslims were joined together by their fanatical hatred of the Jews and their common desire to see them wiped off the face of the earth.  The tenets of Radical  Islam share this same racial hatred and desire to see Jews exterminated. Groups like ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah and the rest transfer much of that same  maniacal hatred to Americans since we are allied with Israel.  

Fortunately, as we currently see in Iraq,  the Muslims are usually too busy killing one another to pose any serious threat to surrounding counties, though they murder freely when given the chance.

The USA under Obama has simply ignored this reality and many have been fed the "Religion or Peace" nonsense thanks to Barack Hussein Obama and the Council on American/Islamist Relations (the voice of Islamic Terror in the US).

Those slaughtered elephants are the canaries in the coal mine

"Islamic militants are slaughtering elephants in Africa and using the money to carry out their terror attacks," Savage explained to his audience, adding:

What kind of humans do we have on this planet, who will slaughter Christians and we do nothing?

Maybe now the liberals who don't care about Christians being massacred by Islamic militants will care about the elephants.

A suicide bomber detonated a tricycle taxi packed with explosives at an outdoor World Cup viewing center in the northeast Nigerian city of Damaturu on Wednesday night, and witnesses said several people were killed.

Hospital workers said the death likely will rise with 15 people critically wounded and casualties still coming in to the main hospital at Damaturu, capital of Yobe state.

The blast hit Damaturu town at about 20:00 local time (19:00 GMT), reports said.

There were reports of casualties being brought into hospitals, but it is not clear if there were any deaths.  

The states of Borno, Yobe and Adamawa have been under a state of emergency since May 2013. At least 2,000 people have died in the north-east since Boko Haram launched an insurgency in 2009.

Analysts say Islamist militant groups, including Boko Haram, have described football as un-Islamic.

On 1 June at least 14 people were killed in a bomb attack on a bar in Adamawa that was screening a televised football match. No group claimed responsibility for the blast.

Two car bombs exploded at a bustling bus terminal and market in Nigeria's central city of Jos on Tuesday, killing more than 100 people and wounding dozens.

According to AFP, a relief agency at the scene confirmed that at least 118 people died in the blasts earlier today.

The second blast came half an hour after the first, designed to kill rescue workers who had rushed to the scene. 

While nobody has claimed responsibility for the attacks, the double blast bears all the hallmarks of tactics used by militant Islamic group Boko Haram.

New video appears to show kidnapped Nigerian schoolgirls praying to Allah

A new video believed to be from Nigerian terror group Boko Haram shows more than 100 kidnapped Christian schoolgirls praying to Allah, and the Islamic terror group’s leader – who was reportedly negotiating with the government – saying he will hold the girls until imprisoned militants are freed.

Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau is seen on the 27-minute video, obtained by the Associated Press, announcing the girls have converted to Islam.

"Praise be to Allah, the lord of the world," chant the girls in the video, as they are seen wearing black and gray hijabs and reciting the Koran in Arabic as they make Islamic declarations of faith. Many of the girls -- who range in age from 15 to 18 -- are barefoot in the video. Some appear fearful, others desolate, and one said in the video that they had not been harmed, the BBC reported.

Three of the girls are shown speaking in the video. Two say they were Christian and have converted to Islam, while the other says she is Muslim.

Muslims carry out more violence in Nigeria

YOLA, Nigeria -- Islamic extremists blew up a bridge, killed an unknown number of people and abducted the wife and two children of a retired police officer in northeast Nigeria, residents said Saturday as an international effort got underway to rescue 276 schoolgirls kidnapped by the militants.

International outrage at the failure of Nigeria's military to rescue the girls abducted a month ago was joined Saturday by U.S. first lady Michelle Obama. In a radio address on the eve of the Sunday honoring mothers in the United States she said she and President Obama are "outraged and heartbroken" over the April 15 mass abduction.

"In these girls, Barack and I see our own daughters," Mrs. Obama said, referring to Malia, 15, and Sasha, 12. "We see their hopes, their dreams and we can only imagine the anguish their parents are feeling right now."

The crusade is to crush all other religions and cultures and make the entire world safe for Islam and Muhammad.

Many men enlisted in the military after 9/11 and died for it.

Many men who fought it and are still here have seen the face of radical Islam.
