Affordable Care Act – a FREE Toolkit for Employers
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is one of the most significant workplace laws of the last couple of decades and provides an opportunity for employers to reshape their benefit strategies and may also require a shift in organizational culture. Employers should be developing action plans to ensure they are ready for compliance.
Final regulations issued in February 2014 relaxed the rules for employers with 100 or more employees, and further delayed compliance until 2016 for employers with 50 - 99 employees. Even with these delays, many employers are still finding it difficult to comply with the law’s complex requirements. This free ACA toolkit sets out 7 steps employers need to follow to ensure they are prepared.

Obamacare enrollment low for residents of Iowa, Illinois -
From the Quad-City Times:
Only 136 Iowans and 1,370 Illinoisans were able to select an insurance plan in the first month of operation of the Affordable Care Act's online marketplace, according to figures released Wednesday by the Obama administration.
