Homeland Sec. Johnson gives no clear answers on whether illegal immigrant children will be deported

Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson dodged pointed questions Sunday about whether the tens of thousands of Central Americans children who have recently entered the U.S. illegally will be deported or allowed to stay.

His responses on NBC’s “Meet the Press” and those of other Obama administration officials about what exactly they will do about the estimated 50,000 children who have entered the U.S. illegally in recent months are being characterized as ambiguous, as officials try to secure the U.S.-Mexico border.

Johnson said everybody who crossed the border faces a “pending” deportation proceeding but also repeated recent administration talking points about looking at ways to “create additional options.”

Deportation of Illegal Criminals Drops under Obama Regime

President Obama and his aides have repeatedly sought to dispel the rumors driving thousands of children and teens from Central America to cross the U.S. border each month with the expectation they will be given a permisoand allowed to stay.

But under the Obama administration, those reports have proved increasingly true.

The number of immigrants under 18 who were deported or turned away at ports of entry fell from 8,143 in 2008, the last year of the George W. Bush administration, to 1,669 last year, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement data released under a Freedom of Information Act request.

Similarly, about 600 minors were ordered deported each year from nonborder states a decade ago. Ninety-five were deported last year, records show, even as a flood of unaccompanied minors from Central America — five times more than two years earlier — began pouring across the Southwest border.

Border Meltdown: Obama Delivering 290,000 Illegals To U.S. Homes

The vast majority of 50,000 unaccompanied youths and children who have illegally crossed the Texas border during the last few months have been successfully delivered by federal agencies to their relatives living in the United States, according to a New York Times article.

A second New York Times article reports revealed that officials have caught an additional 240,000 Central American migrants since April, and are transporting many of them to their destinations throughout the United States.

The deluge of 290,000 illegals — so far — are exploiting legal loopholes that allow them to get temporary permits to stay in the United States.

TEXAS WEIGHS LAWSUIT AGAINST FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OVER BORDER CRISIS

by BRANDON DARBY 3 Jul 2014 AUSTIN, Texas— In a Breitbart Texas exclusive, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott revealed the State of Texas is considering suing the federal government over the costs associated with the current border crisis, primarily involving unaccompanied minors and incomplete family units from Central America.

“There are costs to all of this: the humanitarian crisis, healthcare, and law enforcement demands. As Attorney General, I am looking into taking legal action against the United States,” said Abbott.

The State of Texas previously sued the federal government in the 1990’s over the costs of healthcare, education, and law enforcement costs. The state alleged that the federal government’s failure to meet it’s border security obligations should result in the federal reimbursement to the state over associated costs. The suit ultimately failed after the 5th Circuit Court ruled against Texas.

What is happening on the border is truly unbelievable to most people. It is well understood that this treasonous act has been in the works for a long time, as the Obama administration has actually been encouraging people in South America and Mexico to come to the U.S. and get their free welfare.  This has been going on for nearly two years, and only those who refuse to see Barrack Obama for the radical leftist he is, fail to see the truth. President Obama and the rest of his radical leftist administration are implementing the final strategy in the Cloward Piven plan to destroy capitalism and force America to adopt a socialist government. Please, don't get angry at me for telling you about something that actually exists. It's not my fault if you have blinded yourself to reality. If you wish to educate yourself on the subject, you should read the Cloward and Piven strategy which can be found here.

Richard Cloward (deceased) and Frances Fox Piven are socialists who have done a great deal of work to assist in the nation's fundamental shift to the ideological left. Columbia University has spoken at numerous socialists' conferences and was instrumental in organizing the voting strategies implemented by the leftist organization, ACORN. It should also be noted that Piven is a professor of social work at Columbia University, which is where President Obama attended school. Wayne Allyn Root, a classmate of Obama's, had written an article detailing his experience at Columbia studying the Cloward Piven Plan, and Obama's fascination with it. It is pretty clear that Obama is implementing this strategy. The underlying belief is that if the left can overload America's welfare system, while weighing the nation down with unsustainable debt, the government will be forced to adopt socialism and provide everyone with an annual, guaranteed income.

Protesters of Illegal Aliens vow to block new arrivals

Critics of Murrieta immigration debate pledge to continue protests, block future detainees from facility

Protesters who successfully blocked immigrant detainees from reaching a Border Patrol processing facility in Murrieta earlier this week say they're ready to do it again should federal immigration officials attempt a similar drop-off.

Officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement have not said when more buses carrying undocumented immigrants may arrive at the facility for processing, but at a Murrieta town hall meeting on the issue Wednesday night, opponents said they were resolute.

Carol Schlaepfer, an activist from Pomona who helped block three buses Tuesday in Murrieta, said she and others would organize, hopefully in greater numbers, to do it all over again.
