Freed #ILLEGAL MEX Charged with Attempted Murder, Rape, Battery !

PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- Alleged shooter Juan Emmanuel Razo was arraigned this afternoon in Painesville Municipal Court.

Judge Michael Cicconetti set his bond at $10 million and set Monday for a preliminary hearing.

Razo was charged with attempted murder in the shooting of a woman who was walking on the Greenway Corridor bike path with two children. She was shot in the left arm and was treated at TriPoint Medical Center.

Prosecutors and the Lake County Sheriff's Office said at the arraignment that they are expecting to further charge Razo with the attempted rape in Concord of a 14-year-old girl, the murder of Margaret "Peggy" Kostelnik in her home on Ravenna Road and with shooting at law enforcement officers when they tried to apprehend him Monday afternoon.

Prosecutors and the sheriff's deputies stated in court that Razo "gave a full confession to deputies."

Razo was represented by a public defender who entered a "not guilty" plea on his behalf.

MS-13 and other violent street gangs are aggressively recruiting illegal alien youth who recently arrived in America.

The gangs, which also include the Latin Kings and the Sureños, are targeting immigrant communities in New York and elsewhere across the country for recruits under the age of 18.

“I came from… [El Salvador] to get away from them [MS-13], but the same crime is happening here,” N.Y. resident Wilfredo Serrano told Fox News Latino. “Now they’ve been going after the new arrivals… kids who are very vulnerable and have already been through the worst in life.”

In N.Y. alone the gangs are vying to recruit from a pool of over 3,000 illegals who resettled in Nassau and Suffolk counties after last year’s massive surge of illegal immigration from Central America.

“They were targeted by the Latino gangs that were already established here,” Det. Sgt. Mike Marino of the Nassau Co. Police Department said. “The gangs did try to recruit some of them.”

Many of these children were in fact previously apprehended by immigration authorities, but as Infowars discovered last year, the federal government was quickly releasing them and even buying them bus tickets to resettle anywhere in the U.S

Saturday at the 2015 Conservative Political Action Conference, nationally syndicated conservative talk show host Mark Levin gave an rousing speech hitting on the topics of Obama’s executive overreach, immigration and the threat of ISIS.

Levin opened by quoting the early American patriot, Thomas Paine saying, “These are the times that try men’s souls: The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.”

Speaking directly to the president, Levin said,  “Let me say this to you Mr Obama, you may have a pen and you may have a phone, no doubt an Obama phone, but we have the constitution of the United States. And we, not you, we own that constitution, we own this country, and you Mr Obama do not have any legitimate authority to fundamentally transform what does not belong to you.”

Critics of Murrieta immigration debate pledge to continue protests, block future detainees from facility

Protesters who successfully blocked immigrant detainees from reaching a Border Patrol processing facility in Murrieta earlier this week say they're ready to do it again should federal immigration officials attempt a similar drop-off.

Officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement have not said when more buses carrying undocumented immigrants may arrive at the facility for processing, but at a Murrieta town hall meeting on the issue Wednesday night, opponents said they were resolute.

Carol Schlaepfer, an activist from Pomona who helped block three buses Tuesday in Murrieta, said she and others would organize, hopefully in greater numbers, to do it all over again.
