Our language is a fascinating thing - a living, brearhing beast. The American version of the English language is a unique dialect shaped by factors that are unique.

Since REAL Immigrants poured into this Great Nation in the early 20th  century, words and phrases from scores or European languages lent unique flavor to our Mother Tongue.  When the Drugged up Beatniks and Hippies adopted the trash tongue of the Ghetto and Prison scum even the phraseology of Low Life Thrash became common.

The Great Media Explosions of Radio and soon thereafter, television contributed immensely to the continuing explosion of words and the language.

The Internet Explosion that began in the 1980's added a true International element to this essentially American cultural Phenomena.

When MEDIA decides to USE a WORD to be PC or to shove their sick liberalism down our throats, reality and life part ways.

The constant use of the PC 'Immigrant' is such a DISGUSTING EXAMPLE:

My Grandparents on my mothers side were IMMIGRANTS - the real thing - German and Austrian - both spent time on Ellis Island as they were Processed.

My GrandParents on my fathers side were also 19th Century IMMIGRANTS - they literally walked across the USA to find Gold in the Great California Gold Rush - then came back to FOUND the COMMUNITY of Buffalo Grove, ILL - their NAME WAS RAUPP - you can find the tale at the Buffalo Grove, ILL RAUPP MUSEUM Historical Society.

They SPOKE GERMAN - but they all learned ENGLISH - as Americans.

They WORKED HARD from early morning till late at night - a Bricklayer on one side and Farmers on the other - VERY HARD

There was NO WELFARE, NO FOOD STAMPS NO 'Safety Net' - if you did NOT WORK you did NOT EAT.

Advocates for mass-migration are using skewed financial claims to smear Donald Trump’s popular border proposals, which actually would help revive the near-bankrupt Social Security and Medicare programs.

For every illegal migrant household that leaves the United States under Trump’s plan, Americans would recoup nearly three-quarters of a million dollars ($719,350), according to 2010 data collected by Heritage scholar Robert Rector.

The lifetime savings accrued from one deported illegal household would provide funds for 125 low-income inner city students to receive the maximum Pell Grant award in 2015-2016 ($5,775); it could cover the cost of pre-kindergarten for 90 at-risk children (around $8,000 per child); or it could cover the one year cost of Medicaid for 124 enrollees ($5,790 based on FY2011 data).

But business interests want the migrants to stay. That’s because migrants help lower the cost of Americans’ wages, but also because the migrants spend their wages — plus taxpayer aid — at retail stories and rental agencies.

#OBAMA Joins Private Discrimination Lawsuit Against Sheriff Joe ! @Weekly

A U.S. District Court judge in Arizona granted a Justice Department motion to intervene in Melendres v. Arpaio, a private lawsuit filed against Maricopa County, Arizona sheriff Joseph Arpaio. A federal court held in May 2013 that Arpaio's department had violated the Constitution and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in its traffic enforcement practices. Later that year, the court issued an injunction instituting reforms to Sheriff Arpaio's department's enforcement operations. Thursday's ruling gives the Justice Department enforcement powers to carry out the injunction and monitoring for future violations as well.

Deputy Assistant Attorney General Mark Kappelhoff of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division said:

As a party in the Melendres case, the Department of Justice can now work together with the court, the plaintiffs and the independent monitor to ensure that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office meaningfully implements the court-ordered reforms so that the constitutional rights of all people of Maricopa County are protected. The Constitution guarantees that all people receive the equal protection of the law, and the department is now positioned to ensure that this important right is upheld.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump deserves credit for forcing all 17 Republican candidates to talk about the social costs of illegal immigration, but it is not “Trump’s issue.” We will be making a fatal mistake if we let the media discuss it that way.

As Ann Coulter has pointed out, this is the most critical issue of the 2016 race because this is the issue that will define whether or not there will even be an American nation recognizable as the “home of the free and land of the brave.”

But illegal immigration is not “Ann Coulter’s issue” any more than it is “Tom Tancredo’s issue.” It is America’s issue — not only because it will define America in the 21st Century but because it also defines American elections and who will be voting in elections in 2020 and beyond. It also illuminates the power of the mainstream media to keep issues off the national stage.

Freed #ILLEGAL MEX Charged with Attempted Murder, Rape, Battery !

PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- Alleged shooter Juan Emmanuel Razo was arraigned this afternoon in Painesville Municipal Court.

Judge Michael Cicconetti set his bond at $10 million and set Monday for a preliminary hearing.

Razo was charged with attempted murder in the shooting of a woman who was walking on the Greenway Corridor bike path with two children. She was shot in the left arm and was treated at TriPoint Medical Center.

Prosecutors and the Lake County Sheriff's Office said at the arraignment that they are expecting to further charge Razo with the attempted rape in Concord of a 14-year-old girl, the murder of Margaret "Peggy" Kostelnik in her home on Ravenna Road and with shooting at law enforcement officers when they tried to apprehend him Monday afternoon.

Prosecutors and the sheriff's deputies stated in court that Razo "gave a full confession to deputies."

Razo was represented by a public defender who entered a "not guilty" plea on his behalf.

Federal Judge Orders Release Of Immigrant Mothers And Children From Detention

This year's "surge" of illegal immigrant children and teens is continuing at last year's historic pace, with about 30,000 expected to reach the United States, according to humanitarian groups.

Different this year: Many more are being stopped in Mexico as they flee Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala, cutting the number making the dangerous trek through Mexico to the U.S. border in half.

"The numbers are surging," said Linda Hartke, president of Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service [LIRS], one of the country's premier humanitarian-immigration groups that helps with the legal and housing of immigrants, especially children.

"We've seen no change in the numbers," added Alaide Vilchis Ibarra of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the U.S. "They just aren't making it here," she said.

Citizens of Mexico and several Central American nations have filed suit, claiming entitlement to birth certificates for their children born in the United States. They allege that the Texas denies them the certificates because they do not possess the required identification.

The parent plaintiffs of the 23 children claim that the State of Texas violates their children’s rights because the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides that any child born on U.S. soil warrants American citizen. It also provides that they are citizens of the state where they reside. The plaintiffs and their children reside in Texas.

They allege in their petition filed in U.S. District Court in Austin that the birth certificates are being denied because of their immigration status. They argue that, “Such refusal is de facto based upon the immigrant status of the Plaintiff parents.” In the lawsuit, the parents do not refer to themselves as “immigrants,” or “illegal immigrants.” They refer to themselves in their legal capacity “as next friend.”

In the petition filed in federal court in the Western District, the parents cite the Equal Protection Clause and the Supremacy Clause, and allege that their rights are being violated under these sections.

#US to Spend $2 Mil on Attorneys for Illegal Alien Minors ! @JWatch

As if it weren’t infuriating enough that American taxpayers are being forced to house, feed, medically treat and educate the never-ending influx of illegal immigrant minors, the Obama administration is also doling out millions of dollars to provide them with free legal representation.

Unlike the criminal justice system, in immigration court the government doesn’t offer free lawyers to those who can’t afford them. This means that illegal aliens who don’t have the money to pay for one must represent themselves in legal proceedings or rely on volunteer attorneys or paralegals provided by immigrant rights groups. This leaves many illegal aliens in removal proceedings without adequate legal representation and that’s simply not acceptable to the president.

So the administration is spending our tax dollars to hire attorneys for the tens of thousands of illegal immigrant minors, mostly from Central America, that have entered the U.S. through Mexico in the last few months. Initially, the government labeled them Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) but the term was evidently offensive and not politically correct enough for the powerful open borders movement so last month the administration renamed them Central American Minors (CAM). The name change was part of a new refugee/parole that offers a free one-way flight to the U.S. from El Salvador, Guatemala or Honduras to avoid the treacherous process of entering the U.S. illegally through the southern border. The program includes “resettlement assistance” and permanent residency.

But many of the thousands who entered through Mexico on foot prior to Obama’s refugee/parole initiative still face immigration court proceedings and most don’t have lawyers. That’s why the administration is investing $2 million to hire attorneys for the new arrivals. The money will flow through a special program, Justice AmeriCorps, launched by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) last summer. “The purpose of the justice AmeriCorps grant funding is to improve the efficient and effective adjudication of immigration court proceedings involving certain unaccompanied children,” according to the grant announcement. “Grants awarded in response to this Notice will enable grantees to enroll lawyers and paralegals to serve as AmeriCorps members providing direct legal representation and other legal services to certain unaccompanied children. The program will also help identify unaccompanied children who have been victims of human trafficking or abuse to assist in the investigation and prosecution of those who perpetrate such crimes on those children.”

DHS buses carry immigrants from the border to detention centers where they are processed, given a court date and released.

The U.S. is bringing in 100,000 Muslims every year through legal channels such as the United Nations refugee program and various visa programs, but new reports indicate a pipeline has been established through the southern border with the help of the federal agency whose job it is to protect the homeland.

They are coming from Somalia and other African nations, according to a Homeland Security official who was caught recently transporting a busload of Africans to a detention center near Victorville, California.

Somalia is the home base of al-Shabab, a designated foreign terrorist organization that slaughtered 147 Christians at a university in Kenya just last month. It executed another 67 at the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Kenya, in 2013, and has put out warnings that it will target malls in Canada and the U.S. Dozens of Somali refugees in the U.S. have been arrested, charged and convicted of providing support to overseas terrorist organizations over the past few years.

Libya is also awash in Islamist terror following the death of Moammar Gadhafi in 2011. ISIS beheaded 21 Coptic Christians on a Libyan beach in February.

So when Anita Fuentes of OpenYourEyesPeople.com posted a video of a U.S. Department of Homeland Security bus pulling into a Shell station in Victorville, on the night of May 7, admitting he had a busload of Somalis and other Africans who had crossed the southern border, it raised more than a few eyebrows among those concerned with illegal immigration and national security.

A man who appeared to be a Customs and Border Patrol agent was filmed at the gas station at 10:30 p.m. When questioned by Fuentes, he informed her that his large touring bus was full of Somalis and other Africans being transported to a nearby detention center.

Cameras placed along Texas' 1,200-mile border with Mexico have captured the stream of illegal immigrants sneaking into the country on a daily basis. 

The network of more than 1,000 motion detectors, similar to those used to film wildlife, have been placed strategically in areas that have not been secured - where Mexican citizens can cross and evade capture with ease.

They helped border guards apprehend nearly 30,000 suspects and led to 88,400 pounds of drugs being seized in 2014 as part of Operation Drawbridge.

The system has also had a significant impact on Mexican cartels and their ability to smuggle narcotics, people and stolen vehicles between the two countries.

The startling images have been revealed as President Obama continues to fight to push through an executive order to shield illegal immigrants from deportation. 

Earlier this month a federal judge in Texas refused to lift a temporary block on a White House immigration plan.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the 'sophisticated' cameras are stationed on ranches and farms on the border. 

The turn on when movement is detected and are monitored in real-time, around-the-clock by a number of agencies.

If they think suspicious activity is taking place, they alert law enforcement in a bid to get them to cut them off.  

Steven McCraw, the director of the agency, said: 'Every day, sheriff's deputies, police officers, Border Patrol agents and state law enforcement officers in the Texas border region risk their lives to protect Texas and the entire nation from Mexican cartels and transnational crime.

(CNSNews.com) – Social Security numbers (SSNs) were given to 541,000 illegal aliens, according to Carolyn Colvin, acting commissioner of the Social Security Administration (SSA).

In a March 12 letter, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) had asked SSA: “How many individuals have applied for SSNs as a result of the June 15, 2012, memorandum issued by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano entitled ‘Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion with Respect to Individuals Who Came to the United States as Children'?”

“By the end of fiscal year (FY) 2014, we had issued approximately 541,000 original SSNs to individuals authorized to work under the 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy since its inception,” Colvin said in her April 10 response.

Napolitano’s June 15, 2012 memo states that “for individuals who are granted deferred action by either ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] or USCIS [U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services], USCIS shall accept applications to determine whether these individuals quality for work authorizations during this period of deferred action.”
