Anti-police protesters have found their enemy — it is commuters and shoppers.

The protest movement that has sprung up in the wake of grand-jury decisions not to indict police officers in the Michael Brown and Eric Garner cases is the anti-police version of Occupy Wall Street. It represents the same free-floating critique of the system, with the same strong whiff of lawlessness.

Even when protesters aren't burning out buildings — as they did repeatedly in Ferguson — even when they haven't broken windows — as they have in Oakland and Berkeley — they have closed down intersections and bridges. In other words, even when they have been peaceful, the protests have involved coercion and illegal acts. 

Given the events of the past two weeks, you could be forgiven for thinking that the reason President Barack Obama says there is an infrastructure crisis in this country is that there aren't enough bridges and tunnels for anti-police protesters to block.

The logic of these actions is, to say the least, not obvious. Eric Garner didn't die in the custody of commuters trying to exit New York through one of its bridges or tunnels. He wasn't taken down during his arrest by cabdrivers trying to make a living in an already-gridlocked city. All of these ordinary people, who haven't harmed anyone, are being inconvenienced for the sin of having somewhere to go.

The left has long posited various means of achieving social justice, from the general strike to consciousness-raising worker collectives. To these methods must now be added traffic congestion, as well as the staging of obnoxious spectacles during the Christmas shopping season. We are seeing the beginning of the end of police policing the police, he added.

"On Wednesday, we are going to ask for indictments and list of achievable demands." ('We' referring to high profile celebrities and athletes that share Simmons' beliefs.)

"And America has not seen protests like those that are coming if justice doesn't start to come down," warned Simmons.

The Recent Non-Idictments of a Drugged-up Thug and a Hysterical Homeless Man have led many to question the Grand Jury system. Moreover, many, including our Commander in Chief (a Lawyer) and his Chief Enforcer (er, Attorney General now state there is something wrong with this honored system, since Negroes appear before it in unusually large numbers.

Of course reality is that NEGROS  COMMIT a VERY HIGH PERCENTAGE of CRIMES, Clog up our Courts, Fill our Jails and Prisons

But who needs facts?

Forgetting the FACT that Blacks COMMIT MURDER at a rate that is EIGHT TIMES that of Whites, and IGNORING the FACT of the GANG-CULTURE that has crept into Society these “Leaders”, joined by Rabble-Rouser-In-Chief, Al Sharpone, and Chicago’s VERY OWN Jess Jackass, seek to IMPOSE THEIR TRIBAL IDEA OF JUSTICE on us all.

None of these FACTS have anything to do with the  Thug in  #Ferguson, the Giant in NY, Treyvon Martin, or the hundreds of other cases we see daily of course.  

It’s the SYSTEM that is at  Fault!

Of course that SYSTEM (the Law) is the PRODUCT OF  EVIL OLD WHITE MEN!

If the THUGS, PUNKS and LAZY BUMS that are  PROTESTING Nationwide would take a few minutes, do some studying and learn about American Law, they would soon discover that Those EVIL WHITE MEN (our FOUNDERS) saw an ideal solution  in the jury System.

If you think that Jefferson overlooked the right to elect our representatives, you should consider a second quote of Jefferson, from a letter written also in 1789, while serving. as ambassador to France: "Were I called upon to decide whether the people had best be omitted in the Legislative or Judiciary department, I would say that it is better to leave them out of the Legislative." 1) .

Of course the THUGS, WACKOS and BUMS that are out “Protesting” Nightly can’t be expected to have any respect for our Founders - Dem was Jus Old Whi Men - and Dey has Slaves too - or some such CRAP is their response.

BUT ONE WOULD EXPECT OBAMA (who HAS A JD) to RESPECT THE FOUNDERS OF AMERICAN LAW AND THE FOUNDATIONS OF AMERICAN JURIS PRUDENCE.

The Obama administration will Monday unveil its long-anticipated updates to its guidelines on racial profiling, tightening limits on the practice but still allowing federal law enforcement agencies to employ it at airports and along the border.

The new rules replace guidelines created by the Bush administration in 2003, which banned racial profiling for federal law enforcement, but included broad exemptions for national security and border security. The Bush rules applied only to race, but the new policy also bans profiling on the basis of religion, national origin, sexual orientation and gender identification. […]

“As attorney general, I have repeatedly made clear that profiling by law enforcement is not only wrong, it is profoundly misguided and ineffective — because it wastes precious resources and undermines the public trust,” Holder said in a statement. “Particularly in light of certain recent incidents we’ve seen at the local level — and the widespread concerns about trust in the criminal justice process which so many have raised throughout the nation — it’s imperative that we take every possible action to institute strong and sound policing practices.”

An NYPD confidential informant learned of the threat on Friday evening — three days after a Staten Island grand jury decided not to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo for the chokehold death of Eric Garner. A tattooed gang of militants declared open season on the NYPD in the wake of the Eric Garner grand jury decision, according to a threat a police union verified Saturday.

Ten Black Guerrilla Family members are “preparing to shoot on duty police officers,” Sergeants Benevolent Association President Ed Mullins said.

The gang, formed in the 1960s in the California prison system, recently surfaced on the East Coast and Maryland, where members are at the heart of a drug-trafficking and corruption probe within the Baltimore prison system.

Members swear allegiance for life and sport “BGF” tattoos, as well as ink depicting a dragon surrounding a prison tower, according to gangs.org.

The AUTHOR spent 2 1/2 YEARS Homeless - 1999 - 2002 so knows it well.

Here are the FACTS:

NOT ALL HOMELESS MEN (And Women) are INNOCENT VICTIMS - many are GANG MEMBERS, Drug Dealers, PIMPS and some are VERY DANGEROUS

HOMELESS SHELTERS offer a GREAT PLACE TO HIDEOUT from the LAW and often are populated by CRIMINALS

HOMELESSNESS offers NO SAFETY or SECURITY (though most shelters are safe, some are RUN by GANGS and dangerous)

HOMELESS often have NO PHONE, NO ADDRESS and NO WAY to CONTACT Authoritis if needed.  The CRIMINAL ELEMENT Knows this and preys on the rest

DEATH is EVER-PRESENT and NEAR for the HOMELESS - in my two years spent in shelters (and "on the street") THREE MEN DIED - One was BEATEN TO DEATH by GANGBANGERS, ONE FROZE TO DEATH DRUNK IN AN ALLEY and ONE DIED OF A HEART ATTACK on the street

POLICE, FIRE DEPT and AID WORKERS do what they can but they are OVERWHELMED and POWERLESS

POLICE ALSO know that MANY HOMELESS are VERY DANGEROUS and SOME CARRY HIV AND AIDS

The AUTHORITIES do what they can but YEAR IN and YEAR OUT things remain the same for this segment of the Populace
