#PJNET #TCOT #OBAMA Diplomacy - RUSSIA THREATENS NUCLEAR WAR !!! @Breirbart

A report surfacing after Russia’s celebration of the one-year annexation of Crimea claims Russian officials warned that any Western attempt to reclaim Crimea “would trigger a Russian response, possibly involving nuclear force.”

Putin put on a magnificent show to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Crimea’s annexation on March 18. While the celebration consisted of smiles and joy, something more sinister occurred at the same time behind closed doors in Torgau, Germany.
Over the course of two days, the Russians, “who once ran the interior ministry, the military directorate in charge of nuclear weapons, the GRU (Russian military intelligence) and the FSB (the main successor agency to the KBG)” met with Americans who had backgrounds in military, CIA, and the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Notes from the meeting show Russian officials told the Americans if anyone in the West attempted to retrieve Crimea, the move “would trigger a Russian response, possibly involving nuclear force.” It is not the first time Russia referred to their nuclear weapons in the past year. Putin told school children “Russia is one of the leading nuclear powers” and “it’s best not to mess with us.

Russia Requires Bloggers to Register with new "Blogger Law"

Russia took another step toward restricting its Internet, as Fomer KGB Agent Vladimir V. Putin signed a new law requiring popular online voices to register with the government, a measure that lawyers and political activists said would give the government a much wider ability to track who said what online.
Putin’s action on Monday, just weeks after he disparaged the Internet as “a special C.I.A. project,” borrowed a page from the Internet playbooks of many governments around the world that have been steadily smothering online freedoms.

The Internet? It's a "CIA project," according to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Putin made that bizarre remark on Thursday at a media forum in St. Petersburg, Russia, according to the Associated Press' translation. He said the Internet "is still developing as such," which is why Russia needs to "fight for its interests online."

OBAMA MUST DEFEND NATO’S RED LINES FROM PUTIN’S AGGRESSION

Obama must defend NATO's red lines from Putin's aggression

Last week, masked men in camouflage garb with no insignia, dressed and equipped like Russian special forces, started taking over police stations and other government buildings in the Donets basin in Eastern Ukraine. They appeared to be working in tandem with local militias in defying the Ukrainian government.
This week, the Ukrainian government has responded by sending in military forces to counter these actions.

The Kremlin just got a tiny bit colder.
Russian President Vladimir Putin officially divorced Lyudmila, his wife of more than 30 years, according to multiple reports. Putin spokesperson Dmitry Peskovconfirmed the news to Russian news agency Itar Tass on Tuesday, months after the couple said they would divorce in a surprise television announcement last June. The Putins have two daughters, Yekaterina and Maria, both in their late 20s.

Crisis in Crimea: Can Putin Claim Consent?

Russian SoldiersWhen Vladimir Putin sent troops into the Crimean peninsula, he sent a strong signal to both Ukraine and the rest of the world: Russia will use military force, if necessary, to secure Crimea’s independence from Ukraine and its eventual reintegration into Russia, its presumptive ancestral homeland. Russia is now also trying to argue to the United Nations, as well as the court of world opinion, that its actions are justified by international law. Evaluating this claim is tricky, but here are the key elements of the argument.

Crisis in Crimea - none of our business

Consider the "Crisis" in Crimea in these terms:

Let's say Texas, which was once Spanish territory was seized by Spanish troops, claiming the authority of ancient land treaties.  Mexico acted as a starting off point and was used to send in Spanish troops.

Additionally, let's say that Russia began issuing decrees, stating some unknown treaty with Mexico or Spain.

Now what would America do?

After Obama got through apologizing for former American imperialism, even he would be bound to tell Russia that this affair was none of their affair, we would settle things ourselves, and to stay out.  (though he would somehow arrange for a special UN Mission to accomplish the same thing)

The Ukrainie and Crimea are identical - these areas are traditionally part of Russian territory and are of strategic importance, due to the Naval Port under consideration.  They are NOT within our sphere of influence.

STAY OUT OBAMA AND STAY AWAY - worry about US BORDERS, not Russia.

BORDERS LANGUAGE CULTURE

PUTIN PLAYS CHESS WHILE OBAMA PLAYS MARBLES

Putin plays chess while Obama plays marbles
House Intelligence Chair Mike Rogers (R-MI) summed the Ukraine crisis up perfectly on Fox News Sunday by saying “Putin is playing chess, and I think we’re playing marbles.”  The degree of disconnect between reality on the ground in the Crimean region, and the Obama Administration’s hapless stream of babble and bluster, is amazing.  The message other global leaders and miscreants must be taking from the confrontation is profoundly disturbing.
Rogers relates an old geo-strategic saying: “Russia without the Ukraine is a country.  Russia with the Ukraine is an empire.”  The scary thing is that nobody in the Obama Administration seems familiar with that saying, or much of anything else about the region.  The fallback position for nervous Obama apologists at this point is to snarl at critics, “Well, what do you think he should do, nuke Moscow?”  The point is not that a better President would be on a war footing against the Russian empire, but that a better President might have kept this crisis from bubbling over the way it has, or at least avoided further damage to American diplomatic prestige by fumbling the response so badly.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The American state of California is a former Spanish territory.  Consider the situation if Mexicans living in that state agitated and wanted to rejoin Spain.  What would we do?
What is Russia decided that this was somehow in their interests, and decided to intervene, via trade sanctions, diplomatic moves and the like.
What would our response be?
Even a president like Obama would tell them to buzz off and mind their own affairs.
This one is none of our business and we have enough problems at the moment.
Stay out and stay safe.

PUTIN CROSSES OBAMA'S PINK LINE

Exclusive: Michael Savage declares, 'The neocons don't care which side you're on'

Let me make sense of what’s happening in Ukraine for you as that country descends into armed chaos, threatening to oust the legitimately elected Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich and place the country in the hands of rebel forces spearheaded by Ukrainian neo-Nazis and Chechen Islamist radicals.

Sochi throws a spotlight on the dark side of Putin’s Russia

Whether he likes it or not, the Winter Olympics that opened in Sochi yesterday are being seen as “Putin’s party”, a showcase for everything he has done, and failed to do during almost 14 years as Russia’s paramount leader.
The Olympics come after a good year for Putin. At home the mass protests that accompanied his election to a third presidential term in 2012 have fizzled out and his approval ratings are reassuringly high. Confident of his grip on power, he has pardoned his arch foe Mikhail Khodorkovsky, an oil tycoon jailed a decade ago, and the Pussy Riot protesters who sang an anti-Putin song in a Moscow cathedral in 2012.
Overseas, Putin scored points staving off a western military strike against Syria and brokering chemical weapons talks. Moscow’s ally Bashar-al-Assad is still in power. He has bullied and cajoled Viktor Yanukovich, Ukraine’s president, into ditching plans to sign a European Union trade pact and instead move closer into Russia’s orbit. Yet the Sochi games have thrown a spotlight on the dark side of Putin’s Russia.
