Cruz warns of 'liberal #fascism' targeting #CHRISTIANS !!! @Hill

By Mark Hensch

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) on Saturday said Democrats had gone to extremes in their persecution of Christians.

“Today’s Democratic Party has decided there is no room for Christians in today’s Democratic Party,” he said at the Iowa Faith and Freedom Coalition summit in Waukee, Iowa.

“There is a liberal fascism that is going after Christian believers,” the 2016 GOP presidential candidate continued.

“It is heartbreaking,” Cruz argued. “But it is so extreme, it is waking people up.”

Cruz said same-sex marriage had produced rabid zealotry in Democratic ranks. This ideology, he argued, was excluding people of faith.

“Today’s Democratic Party has become so radicalized for legalizing gay marriage in all 50 states that there is no longer any room for religious liberty,” he said.

The Texas lawmaker said this stance was against America’s traditional values. Religious liberty, Cruz claimed, was one of the nation’s founding principles

#Mennendez to face Charges - For CRITICIZING #OBAMA!!! @Breirbart

by RICH TUCKER6 Mar 2015

CNN reports that the Justice Department plans to bring criminal corruption charges against Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ).

“The government’s case centers on Menendez’s relationship with Salomon Melgen, a Florida ophthalmologist who the senator has called a friend and political supporter,” CNN reports. “Melgen and his family have been generous donors to the senator and various committees the senator is associated with.”
Breitbart News investigative journalist Matthew Boyle first broke the Menendez scandal while working for The Daily Caller before the 2012 election, right before he came to work for Breitbart News, and Breitbart News has been reporting on this story for more than two years. In Jan. of 2013, for example, Breitbart News wrote that “Menendez’s staff admitted the senator flew to the Dominican on Melgen’s private plane on three occasions and told NBC News’ Michael Isikoff that Menendez stays at Melgen’s villa while there about twice a year.”

Liberals will never stop trying to take away our right to speak freely

Liberals will never stop trying
to take away our right to speak freely

Welcome to The Michael Savage Newsletter, your daily insider report on all things "Savage."

In today's issue: Following a national uproar, the FCC is now walking back its plans to send "monitors" into America's newsrooms.

Dr. Savage warns citizens not to let down their guard, however. Liberals in government and academia, he says, will never stop trying to crush our right to freedom of speech.

"Your president, who is a crypto-fascist by any definition, tried to send police into newsrooms, to control what is said and what is not said," Savage reminded his audience, adding:

They were caught and stopped -- for the moment.

But remember this: They will never stop trying.

I'm the only one on talk radio who wears the crown of free speech. Remember, I won the Talkers Magazine "Free Speech" Award several years ago, soon after I was banned from entering Britain.

    We're fighting for our survival.

The communists and fascists are everywhere.

They're suppressing us and trying to destroy us.

They want to take away our ability to speak, and I'm not about to go down without a fight.

Liberals are spineless worms that have crawled into the body politic and spread a fatal virus.

Obama and Holder are the progenitors of the virus of hate, of absolute control and tyranny.

If we let them succeed, they will drag us into a hundred years of darkness.

Four of five FCC study authors gave to Obama

BY
A significant problem with the now-suspended Federal Communications Commission plan to have government contractors question journalists about editorial decisions and practices was that it was a partisan exercise. The plan originated among Democrats on the FCC; the commission's two Republican members didn't even learn about it until it was well under way.
There was also a one-sidedness in the research behind the project. The FCC enlisted scholars from two big journalism schools, the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Communication and Democracy, to determine the "critical information needs" about which journalists would be questioned. The study, delivered in July 2012, listed five authors: Ernest J. Wilson III, Carola Weil, and Katya Ognyanova from USC, Lewis Friedland from Wisconsin, and Philip Napoli from Fordham University. (Weil is now with American University.) Four of the five, it turns out, contributed to President Obama's campaigns.

STORY HIGHLIGHTS
  • Pete Seeger dies of natural causes in a New York hospital, his family says
  • His career spanned more than 70 years, often courting controversy
  • He is known for songs like "Where Have All the Flowers Gone"
(CNN) -- Pete Seeger, the man considered to be one of the pioneers of contemporary folk music who inspired legions of activist singer-songwriters, died Monday.
He was 94.
Seeger's best known songs include "Where Have All the Flowers Gone," "Turn! Turn! Turn! (To Everything There Is a Season)" and "If I Had a Hammer (The Hammer Song)."
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Seeger, Woody Guthrie and their entire generation had a life long effect on all of us.
When this nascent musician was first getting stared playing folk guitar in the earlyl 1960's, it was via these influences, Sing Out Magazine, Peter, Paul and Mary and a lively folks music scene here in Chicago that brought it all to life.
With the Earl of Old Town on Wells Street and the Old Town School of Folk Music on North Avenue, artists of this genreation were readily available and an inspitation to us all.
Remember these lasting words -

Sing Out for the Lord to Help You, for the Lord is Mighty Strong,
Don't worry about your heavy load, for the Lord's gonna help you along.

RIP Pete.

However, there is a dark side to Pete Seeger, one that is airbrushed out of all the effusive hagiography. Seeger was a dedicated Stalinist and has not renounced his devotion to communism, a political ideology, which according to the Black Book of Communism, responsible for the murder of over 94 million people. When you speak out against communism you get booed, when you’re a cheerleader for its mass murderers you get a Kennedy Center tribute and presidential praise.
Seeger was a member of the Communist Party from the 1930s through the 1950s. He left the party but never gave up the faith. He told the Washington Post in 1995 “I am still a communist.” Like his comrades and fellow travelers Seeger twisted and turned with every pronouncement from Moscow. Seeger supported the Nazi-Soviet Pact, a curious position for a noted “anti-fascist.” In 1941 Seeger along with Guthrie was a member of the Almanac Singers, a communist folk group. The group put out the anti-war album Songs from John Doe, containing songs that labeled Franklin Roosevelt a war monger.

White House rejects review board finding that NSA data sweep is illegal

The White House on Thursday disputed the findings of an independent review board that said the National Security Agency's mass data collection program is illegal and should be ended, indicating the administration would not be taking that advice.
"We simply disagree with the board's analysis on the legality of the program," White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said.
He was responding to a scathing report from The Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB), which said the program ran afoul of the law on several fronts.

And BIG BROTHER knows best!

Again: Turkish Students Arrested for Nazi Salutes at Auschwitz

Two Turkish tourists could face up to two years in prison for giving Nazi salutes outside the site of the Auschwitz-Birkenau extermination camp in Poland.
The Turkish nationals - who according to Turkey's Zamannews site are a man and woman, both aged 22 - are apparently studying history at Budapest university in neighboring Hungary.Infamous sign at Auschwitz-Birkenau
