#Gang member facing murder charges was spared deportation by #OBAMA !!! @FOX

The Obama administration has admitted that an illegal immigrant and known gang member -- who recently was charged in the murders of four people -- was allowed to remain in the United States under President Obama's executive actions. 

Emmanuel Jesus Rangel-Hernandez was allowed in August 2013 to remain in the U.S., following his request about seven months earlier to stay under the president's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Leon Rodriguez. 

Rodriquez acknowledged in a letter to a top Republican senator that Rangel-Hernandez's application was approved, even though a federal crime database indicated he was a "known gang member." 

"Based on the standard procedures and protocols in place at the time, the DACA request and related employment authorization should not have been approved,"said Rodriguez, in a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, who had raised questions about the case.

#PJNET Judge Has Ruled Parts of Obama’s Executive #Amnesty Unconstitutional

A federal judge in Pennsylvania ruled on Tuesday that portions of President Barack Obama’s presidential action on immigration were unconstitutional as “Congress's lawmaking power is not subject to presidential supervision or control” and that “congressional inaction does not endow legislative power with the executive.”

However, if you tuned into any of the Tuesday evening newscasts on the major broadcast networks, you would not have found any mention of the decision. [MP3 audio here; Video below]

Over on the Fox News Channel (FNC), Special Report with Bret Baier led off on Tuesday evening with the story and a full report from FNC correspondent Shannon Bream. In a segment lasting just over two minutes, Bream summarized how the Judge Arthur Schwab came to his ruling, as well as including response from the Justice Department (which, not surprisingly, blasted the decision).

Bream reported how Schwab found that “the President's executive actions regarding immigration exceeded his constitutional authority” and included in his decision excerpts from “the President's own speeches and remarks on that issue.”

The decision by Schwab on the President’s executive action came as he was about to rule on the fate of a illegal immigrant who was brought up on DUI charges earlier this year after sneaking back into the country illegally following a 2005 deportation. Bream noted:

Prior to sentencing, the judge asked the parties to provide their legal opinions on how the President's recent immigration announcements could possibly impact the judge's sentencing decision and that led to today’s ruling.

The Palestinian Authority (PA) has called for ethnic cleansing against Jewish Israelis, after an official posted on Facebook to "drive the occupier out from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea." 

Fatah Central Committee Member Tawfiq Tirawi posted a message to his official Facebook page reading, "O our free people of resolve and sacrifice in Gaza, you are more honored than us all... We remain committed to the promise: freedom, independence, and driving out the occupier from the entire pure land, from the [Jordan] River to the [Mediterranean] Sea."

"Long live free Gaza!" he added. The post was translated by Palestinian Media Watch (PMW)
