Reverend Franklin Graham has Some Good Advice for the #GOPDebate !

Posted on August 12, 2015Onan Coca  1 Comment

The Reverend Franklin Graham has some seriously good advice for the many GOP candidates in the race for the White House. He wants them to stop aiming their fire at each other and start focusing on their messages to the American people. “Stop taking cheap shots at each other and get back to telling the American people what you can do for this country and how you’re going to do it,”Graham said in a recent post on his Facebook page. His comments came on the heels of the first GOP Presidential debate and the fallout that followed Donald Trump’s contentious evening with Fox News.
If Donald Trump’s comments about Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly are hurting his standing in the Republican primary, it’s not showing in the numbers.
According to the latest NBC News Online Poll conducted by SurveyMonkey, Trump is at the top of the list of GOP candidates that Republican primary voters would cast a ballot for if the primary were being held right now.
Reverend Graham urged the GOP candidates to get past the inter-party bickering and to instead start selling their plans to the voters.

There’s been a lot of media stir around Donald Trump since the ‪#‎GOP debates Thursday night. I’m not endorsing Donald J. Trump or any other candidate, but one thing’s for sure—he’s shaking up the Republican party and the political process overall. And it needs shaking up! Washington has become so corrupt and off-focus. We have some great individuals running for president in 2016. My advice to them? Stop taking cheap shots at each other and get back to telling the American people what you can do for this country and how you’re going to do it. It is my prayer that God will give us a president who will look to Him for wisdom and direction as he or she leads this great nation.

Franklin Graham: Christians, It’s Time to Speak Biblical Truth !!!

youth
Dear Friend,
What hope is there for future generations? We
are faced with moral crisis, economic crisis,
political crisis—it seems that wherever you
look both here at home and around the world
storms are brewing. The only hope is in Jesus
Christ. The rapid moral decline we are
seeing around us should be a clarion call for
every Christian to speak out for biblical truth
and to be diligent in sharing the hope of
the Gospel.
That is why I am committed to taking the
the world. This year we have already held
18 evangelistic Crusades, preaching the
life-changing message of salvation on four
continents, and we still have a busy schedule
for the remainder of 2015—culminating
this November in Tokyo, the largest city
in the world. In Japan, less than 3 percent
of the population are Christian.
Many have put their faith in the yen,
and that has failed them. Many have looked
to the West and adopted that culture,
only to find it leaves them empty and cold.
Materialism has become rampant, suicide i
s now epidemic among young people, and
the nation’s crime rate is rising dramatically.
This will mark my fourth time to preach
in Japan—pray with me that many will turn
in repentance and faith and respond to
In our own nation, there has never been
a greater need for a clear proclamation
of the Gospel. There are so many voices,
and unfortunately God’s Word has been
diluted by false teaching. Pray for me as I go
next to Birmingham andOklahoma City
in the coming weeks, and as we go to a
dozen more cities through the end of the
year. We need yourfinancial help, and we
are counting on your prayers for the
Holy Spirit to move in hearts.
I am deeply grateful for your partnership.
May God richly bless you,
Franklin Graham

#Ascension DAY - HE HAS GONE TO HEAVEN - HALLELUJAH !!!

Homily for May 14, 2015: Ascension Thursday

Jesus_ascending_to_heaven
Some of you probably saw the report that came out Tuesday from the Pew Research Center. They tracked religious affiliation between 2007 and 2014. According to the study, the number of people who are Christian is declining. Sharply.
An overwhelming majority, about 70% of Americans, still call themselves Christian. But that number has dropped eight percentage points in seven years. And the number of people who are not connected with any religion in particular, the “unaffiliated,” is at an all-time high of nearly 23%—that’s three percent more than the number who call themselves Catholic.
In fact, for the first time ever, more people are “unaffiliated” than Catholic.
That’s a sobering reality. And in light of today’s scripture, it offers us another sobering reality:
We have work to do. A lot of work.
The gospel today couldn’t be more clear. Jesus tells his disciples: “Go into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature.” In the reading from Acts, he assures them, “You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, throughout Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
But if you look at that Pew study and read the statistics, you have to wonder: Are we even trying?
Or are we, like the disciples, staring at the heavens, when there is work to do here on earth?
Christ isn’t asking all of us to preach. Paul acknowledges as much, telling Ephesians today: some are apostles, some preachers, some evangelists, others teachers…but all called to build up the body of Christ.
Jesus, however, is asking something more, something even harder: he is asking us to be his witnesses.
On one level, that’s a challenge—because witness actually means “martyr.” And now, more than ever, it is a challenge looming large around the world. But there is more than one kind of martyrdom.
There is the everyday martyrdom of selflessness and sacrifice.
There is the martyrdom of not having the last word.
There is the martyrdom of forgiving those who have done us wrong—a boss, a friend, a spouse.
And the everyday martyrdom of simply being a witness to the Gospel often involves something we find increasingly elusive: mercy.
The Holy Father has declared a Year of Mercy, starting this December—and with good reason.
Most of you are here on your lunch hour. Be honest. How much mercy do you witness at the office? On the subway? Or even around your kitchen table?
How much are we being merciful? How much are we living, truly living, the Gospel in our daily lives?

#CCOT #SUPREMES CONTEMPLATE MAKING WAR on #HEAVEN ! @VIEW

By Bradlee Dean

The Supreme Court declared, “We are a
Christian people...according to one
another the equal right of religious
freedom, and acknowledging with the
reverence the duty of obedience to God."
—United States v. Macintosh (1931)

While there are some American people
that are ignorantly anticipating the
Supreme Court’s decision on what its
definition of marriage is, it is important
to remember that the
job of the Supreme Court justices is
to discover written law and apply written
law. They are not there to legislate or
to activate, nor is it
their business
to redefine what
they do not
agree with when
it come to the
One who gave
law.

Sign This Petition to Pope Francis to "Save the Family" !!!

At the Next Synod

Updated on May 1, 2015:  Dissident Catholic pressure groups -- aided by the liberal media -- are feverishly working to dismantle vital Church teaching on marriage and family at the next Synod on the Family in Rome.
In fact, they are bombarding the Holy Father and the Synod Fathers right now with messages of revolt against traditional moral values as they clamor for "change, change, change" inside the Church.
At this critical time, we must defend the truth and ask the Holy Father to protect the future of the family.
TFP Student Action is joining forces with over 25 more pro-family groups around the world to collect as many signatures as possible before the next Synod starts. This prayerful petition is a worldwide effort.  Everyone is invited to sign.
May God reward you.

#CCOT CATHOLIC U INVESTIGATED FOR OFFENDING #MUSLIMS with TOO MANY CROSSES ! @Breirbart

“Complaint says crosses at Catholic school offensive, prevent Muslim prayers,” reads the headline at BeliefNet.

It’s one of those headlines that sounds like a bad joke, but it isn’t. It’s not exactly a serious complaint, either, and it isn’t coming from actual Muslim students in any event. “Baffled Catholic University officials say they have never received a complaint from any of the schools Muslim students,” writes BeliefNet.
In fact, the university expressed its bafflement in a full-length statement: “Catholic University’s faithfulness to our Catholic tradition has also made us a welcome home to students of other religions. No students have registered complaints about the exercise of their religions on our campus. We understand that a professor unaffiliated with Catholic University has made public allegations claiming that we are discriminating against our students on religious grounds, but we have not seen any legal filing – and will respond to them if we do.”
The sixty-page complaint was filed with the Washington, D.C. Office of Human Rights by a one-man nuisance-lawsuit factory, George Washington University Law School Professor John Banzhaf. Muslim students are but pawns in Banzhaf’s game against Catholics. Taken to its logical conclusion, his lawfare would wipe out mosques and Islamic learning centers as well. The rules of engagement in the Establishment’s War on Religion have a funny way of changing to accommodate Islam, however, so perhaps those hypothetical logical conclusions will never be reache

#SCOTUS PREPARES TO DESTROY TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE ! @Breirbart

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the case of Obergefell v. Hodges, more commonly known as the same-sex marriage case. The Supreme Court will be deciding whether the 14th Amendment, ratified in 1868 at a time when every single state in America criminalized sodomy, mandatessame-sex marriage in every single state in America.

The justices of the left, along with Justice Anthony Kennedy, who wrote the egregious opinion in Lawrence v. Texas (2003) in which he stated that those committing homosexual acts are Constitutionally “entitled to respect for their private lives” will determine that yes, the Constitution mandates not merely that the state respect private lives, but that the state endorse those private lives (so long as, presumably, polygamy and incest are off the table – for now).
Supreme Court oral arguments are useless, which is why Justice Clarence Thomas never bothers to ask questions; the justices have already made up their minds based on the submitted briefs. Nonetheless, court-watchers pay attention to oral arguments looking for indicators of how the justices will rule. If those oral arguments are any indicator, same-sex marriage will not merely be handed down from on high when this case is decided, religious institutions can prepare to have their tax-exempt status yanked (as I predicted, and as Media Matters scoffed at me for predicting, more than two years ago).

#Easter - HE IS RISEN - HALLELUJAH !!!

THE TRUE ORIGINS OF EASTER

By Doc Marquis
April 3, 2015
NewsWithViews.com

Almost two-thousand years ago, because of HIS love for you and me, Jesus Christ willingly went to the cross and died the most agonizing death possible. HIS love for us would not be restrained. HE wanted to be the ultimate sacrifice so all our sins would be paid. Three days later HE triumphantly resurrected from the grave, after defeating death and Satan. Now that the doors of heaven had been opened, all who would take the free, and eternal gift of salvation would one day enter therein.
Within the Christian community, the day of our LORD’S resurrection is referred to as “Resurrection Sunday”. Most people will also refer to this day as “Easter”, however, what most people do not realize is that “Easter” has nothing to do with “Resurrection Sunday”. When we think about it, what do Easter bunnies, Easter eggs, and other such things have to do with our LORD’S resurrection? In order to understand the true, occult nature of Easter, we will have to, vicariously, go back in time more than five-thousand year ago to where the first, walled cities were built. If you wish, please turn into your Bibles to Genesis, chapter ten where we shall begin our journey.
Because man’s nature had become so wicked and perverse, GOD destroyed mankind through “The Great Flood”. However, HE did leave a remnant of men alive to repopulate the earth, and to have a brand new start. It was Noah, Shem, Ham, Japheth, their wives, and thousands of animals which left the ark as it settled upon the mountains of Ararat.

GOD'S REPUBLIC OF #AMERICA !

PART 2
By Pastor Roger Anghis
April 19, 2015
NewsWithViews.com
Last week we started to look at how the Founders used the faith and the principles of God's Word to lay the foundation for the greatest nation the world has ever seen. Everything they did was based on the Word of God. The Colonies charters, Constitutions, laws and even their personal conduct. Being based on the Word is to say that it was on Jesus that our nation was designed and built upon. They based it on the Word: John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
Reverend Benjamin F. Morris stated “The Christian men who formed our civil institutions were trained and prepared for their work in scenes of conflict in which the truest ideas of liberty and religion were developed.” “God sifted in these conflicts a whole nation, that He might send choice grain over into this wilderness.”
The time that lead up to the citizens of America declaring their independence defined, inspired and prepared our Christian Forefathers to develop the true form of civil government. The Christian religion has a clear and full recognition in the civil constitutions and state papers of the original colonies. This fact is embedded in our history and is undeniable. We see in every state constitution the spirit and sentiments of the Christian religion. Many states would not allow a person to run for office unless he professed his belief in Jesus Christ, the divinity of the Bible, and in the evangelical truths of Christianity. That requirement is against the law today.

CHOSEN GENERATION

PART 1

By Pastor Dick Carmack
April 20, 2015
NewsWithViews.com

"It's entirely possible that a cyber-attack, or a deliberate shutting down of the internet and telephone communications will render any resistance to martial law largely crippled while those bent on domination will still be able to communicate on other networks."

Will you be a hero, a victim, or a just a survivor in the coming holocaust? Half of the human race will not live to see the scheduled millennium.

The present generation of mankind has been chosen by God to go through the most harrowing time ever seen. If the much anticipated rapture of the church fails to materialize in the time projected by the pre-trib theory, the church will be here in time to come along with the unsaved of America and the uncounted billions living in Asia, Europe and Africa when chaos arrives.

Individually, each of us has been chosen by God for this particular time period for purposes known only to Him. One day, hopefully we will be able to look back and understand much more about the final days of human history.

HOLY Francis Cardinal George with #GOD at 78 @FOX

CHICAGO (Associated Press) -
Cardinal Francis George, a vigorous defender of Roman Catholic orthodoxy who led the U.S. bishops' fight against Obamacare and played a key role in the church's response to the clergy sex abuse scandal, has died. He was 78.
George, who retired as Chicago archbishop in the fall of 2014, died Friday morning after a long fight with cancer, according to the Archdiocese of Chicago. He announced in December 2014 that doctors had determined their treatment for the cancer found on his kidney had failed.
"A man of peace, tenacity and courage has been called home to the lord," Archbishop Blase Cupich, George's successor, said during a news conference Friday in Chicago.
Appointed to Chicago in 1997 by Pope John Paul II, George became a leading figure of his era in many of the most important events in the American church.
He oversaw the contentious new English-language translation of the Roman Missal, one of the biggest changes in Catholic worship in generations. In 2002, at the height of the abuse crisis, he led a group of U.S. bishops who persuaded resistant Vatican officials they should more quickly oust guilty priests - a policy at the core of reforms meant to restore trust in church leaders.
And in his three years as president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, George spearheaded opposition to the Affordable Care Act, arguing President Barack Obama's health insurance plan would use taxpayer money for funding abortion. In 2012, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago joined dozens of dioceses and Catholic nonprofits in suing the Obama administration over the requirement that employers provide health insurance that covers contraception
