At the end of April, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology unveiled a permanent memorial to MIT Police Officer Sean Collier. Officer Collier was gunned down by the Boston Marathon bombers, Chechen refugees Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, three days after they blew up the Marathon.

It is painful to learn that in the late 1990s, there were students at MIT who helped recruit for the Chechen jihad and raised funds for Al Qaeda-affiliated groups operating in the Tsarnaevs’ homeland. It is even more painful that the man who led this fundraising effortwas still on MIT’s staff when Officer Collier was gunned down.

Suheil Laher had been MIT’s Muslim chaplain for almost 20 years. Today he continues to preach at the Islamic Society of Boston, the extremist mosque founded by MIT students near campus, where the Tsarnaevs worshipped during their radicalization.

Americans for Peace and Tolerance have just released a mini-documentary, “Al Qaeda’s Base at MIT,” showing how MIT Muslim chaplain Suheil Laher used his leadership of the MIT Muslim Students Association as a vehicle for raising money for Al Qaeda causes around the world. We especially focus on the Al Qaeda affiliate in Chechnya, which Laher and his associates lionized, even as MIT trusted him to be its Muslim students’ spiritual guide.

A bombshell revelation has emerged about the incident responsible for the greatest U.S. Air Force loss of life during the War on Terror, the deadliest “green-on-blue” attack during U.S. involvement in Afghanistan.

On April 27, 2011, Afghan Air Force Colonel Ahmad Gul gunned down eight U.S. Air Force personnel and a civilian contractor inside the Afghan Air Force headquarters, including investigators who had just arrived in the country to examine rampant corruption in the Afghan military.

Multiple Air Force and CENTCOM investigations claimed to find no motive for the attack, leaving the families of those killed with no answers.

Now, a senior U.S. official has gone on the record claiming that a United Nations team tracked substantial payments to the killer and his family made days just prior to the incident.

These revelations appear in the season finale of For The Record, which airs tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET on The Blaze TV.

For the past year, I have worked as a consultant with the For The Record documentary investigative team looking into the Kabul airport massacre and the Pentagon’s handling of the matter. Last November, I appeared on an episode of the program noting that the Pentagon’s multiple explanations for the attack didn’t match their own forensics. 'People are willing to die to defend the honor of the prophet'

Britain’s most notorious Islamic cleric has taken to the U.S. airwaves to issue a warning to any American news outlet thinking about depicting Muhammad or mocking Islam.

Doing so will most likely result in a jihadist attack similar to the deadly massacre at the Paris office of satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo, declared radical British Muslim preacher Anjem Choudary.

Choudary warned Americans to take lessons from the case of Theo Van Gogh, the Dutch filmmaker killed by a Muslim in 2004 after making a film critical of Islam.

Choudary was speaking Thursday to weekend talk-radio host Aaron Klein of New York’s AM 970 The Answer, who this week launched a daily audio online feature.

Klein had referred to complaints in the wake of the Paris attack that Comedy Central had censored a 2010 “South Park” episode that originally was slated to depict Muhammad. In response to threats from Muslims, the episode was altered, and the Muhammad figure was obscured with the word “censored” in a black rectangle

Unlike what the media is portraying Cherif Kouachi, one of the three involved in the massacre in France saying that he was a rap fanatic then due to poor social conditions turned Jihadist-fanatic, truth is he is well linked to ISIS and was under the supervision of a top leader in ISIS named  Boubaker El Hakim who managed an assassination hit team that killed VIPs; two major politicians in Tunisia; Mohamed Brahmi and Chokri Belaid and was under the supervision of Farid Benyettou, another terrorist and a major recruiter in France.

Boubaker El Hakim and Cherif Kouachi who carried out the assassination in France have been partners in crime for years according to French authorities. According to French terrorism expert, Jean-Pierre Filiu who told AFP:

“Boubaker El Hakim and probably Cherif Kouachi who carried out the assassination in France joined after their release from the Iraqi branch of al Qaeda network and then shifted to Daish (ISIS). Indeed, Boubaker started by joining the Tunisian jihadist brigade Okba Ibn Nafaâ on Mount Chaambi, on the Algerian border considered as an Al Qaeda unit of the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) which gave allegiance to ISIS which had a deadly shootout with police on July 2013 prior to joining ISIS. Even though the evidence leads to ISIS, it did not comment when the attack against “Charlie Hebdo” happened and was not officially sponsored by ISIS the parent of AQIM, most likely because the two brothers have not been captured yet. In 2013, after the two murders in Tunisia, this assasin group had been described as “the most dangerous terrorist group, researched internationally” by the Tunisian interior minister, Lotfi Ben Jeddou.”

Kouachi has been on authorities’ radar for at least a decade and was once convicted of “criminal association in connection with a terrorist enterprise,” newspaper accounts said. He joined a mosque called Addawa (Arabic for Da’wa, Call To Islam)

Masked Muslims stormed the offices of a French satirical publication, killing 12 people before escaping, police and a witness said. French President Francois Hollande called the slayings a terrorist attack and said that several other terror attacks have been thwarted “in recent weeks.”
