75% of the INMATES in Illinois Prisons are BLACK.
Why hasn't OBUMMER, HOLDUP, SHARPIE and the rest of the gang mentioned this?
BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT IT KNOWN - SINCE BLACKS COMMIT 90% of the SERIOUS CRIMES IN CHICAGO.
