“Many Fiesal Shahzads are residing inside America and all they need is the knowledge of how to make car bombs… and the good news is it can be prepared in a home kitchen.” And with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies bound as a matter of policy not to examine the beliefs, motives, and goals of the jihad terrorists, it will be well-nigh impossible for them to stop attacks like these. Even if agents get the necessary information to stop them in time, they may not know how to understand or evaluate it properly.
