A second shocking video in as many weeks has been released showing a top Planned Parenthood official discussing and arranging the sale of body parts of aborted babies. The first video shows Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, describing how Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of aborted unborn children and admitting she uses partial-birth abortions to supply intact body parts.

In this video, Mary Gatter, the Medical director at Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley in Calfiornia, discusses selling aborted baby body parts with undercover investigators posing as officials with a biotech company that acts as a middleman to sell aborted baby body parts to universities and other places that conduct such research. Gatter is a senior official within Planned Parenthood and is President of the Medical Directors’ Council, the central committee of all Planned Parenthood affiliate medical directors.

Gatter discusses the pricing of aborted baby body parts — telling the biotech company officials that the prices for such things as a baby’s liver, head or heart are negotiable. She also tells the officials that she could talk with the Planned Parenthood abortion practitioners to potentially alter the abortion procedure to kill the baby in a way that would best preserve those body parts after the unborn child is killed in the abortion.

The video shows Gatter haggling over payments for intact fetal specimens and offering to use a “less crunchy technique” to get more intact body parts.

Actors posing as buyers ask Gatter, “What would you expect for intact [fetal] tissue?

“Well, why don’t you start by telling me what you’re used to paying!” Gatter replies.

STOP TAXPAYER FUNDING OF GENOCIDE (er, #ABORTION) in #ILLINOIS !!!

Will you act at once to urge your elected representatives to DEFEAT H.B. 4013, a bill by State Representative Sara Feigenholtz to completely open the floodgates to Taxpayer Funding of Abortion in Illinois? 

By giving abortion providers access to millions of tax dollars for the destruction of innocent, unborn human life, this bill will force Illinois taxpayers to participate in financing the slaughter of the unborn against their consciences. 

That’s why I hope and pray you’ll take action immediately by using the link I’ve provided below to send an email to your State Representative and Senator, urging them to vote against forcing taxpayers to subsidize abortions and abortion clinics. 

Back in the 1970s, the state of Illinois subsidized over 12,700 abortions a year. 

But the grass-roots activism of pro-lifers forced the state legislature to ban those subsidies. 

But if Representative Feigenholtz gets her way, that killing will ramp up once again. 

H.B. 4013 would repeal all prohibitions on funding abortion through public assistance, state employee health plans, or grants to abortion providers like Planned Parenthood. 

That means abortionists would once again be free to get Illinois tax dollars under the disguise of “overhead” or “women’s health services.” 

Of course, you and I know that every dollar that abortionists receive for ANY purpose frees up another dollar to directly provide an abortion. 

But H.B. 4013 would actually allow your tax dollars to directly pay for abortions. 

Even the pro-abortion Alan Guttmacher Institute admits that cutting off tax dollars to abortionists reduces abortions by as much as a third. 

So it is vital that you and every other Illinois pro-lifer contact their State Representative and Senator at once to ensure that this bill is not quietly slipped through in the final days of these sessions. 

That is why I hope you will take a moment to email your State Representative and Senator. Please urge them to vote against this “Open the Floodgates” Taxpayer Funding of Abortion Act.

It is the function of government to protect innocent life, NOT to finance the slaughter of the unborn.

That’s why I urge you to oppose action on and ultimately vote against H.B. 4013 to prevent Illinois from returning to the state-funded abortion of the innocent unborn.
