There's a LEGAL SIDE TOO - since Mr. Savage is the Son of the Late Cook County Circuit Court Judge Howard Savage.

Oct 8, 1992 - Judge Howard T. Savage, appointed an associate judge for the Cook County Circuit Court in 1985 and previously a highly regarded appellate defense attorney, died Wednesday. He was 72.

Judge Savage, who in 1970 was among five defense attorneys appointed to prosecute State`s Atty. Edward V. Hanrahan on charges that he conspired to obstruct justice, had left his post at the Criminal Courts Building this year because of a brain tumor.
