The woman responsible for banning me from the UK will succeed David Cameron as Prime Minister of the UK. Theresa May banned Robert Spencer and me when a handful of Islamic supremacists demanded it of her. Weak, silly and compromised, this hardly bodes well for a post-Brexit UK (May opposed it.) And May’s Muslim immigration positions are incomprehensible. Theresa May has stated of the UK’s misogynist sharia courts,  “Many British people of different faiths follow religious codes and practices, and benefit a great deal from the guidance they offer.”

It was crushing to hear that Andrea Leadsom withdrew from the UK Leadership election.. Leadsom, someone who could fill the shoes of a Margaret Thatcher, was a long time advocate of Brexit.
As one of my British readers lamented:

Whilst I think it is a damn shame, I feel the post resignation stance of the Tory elite standing there stating and saying how admirable and honourable her decision to withdraw was, is a bit rich coming from the hard nosed Tories who organised such an obviously, sly, devious and destructive smear campaign against Andrea Leadsom, inclusive of interference of the press and their free will to print relevant stories. It was disgusting at best, but is no surprise and their devious “Exclusive Club Mentality” I wold suggest, is the reason why so many people in this country do not in fact vote Conservative. Andrea Leadsom was, to my mind the only candidate who could have and would have broken that stranglehold in the Tory corridors of power.

Indeed. Instead we get the dhimmi May. But I expect Leadsom to have a big future when May falls flat on her face.

Britain has got its new Prime Minister.

18 days after UK citizens voted to exit the European Union, and 17 days after Prime Minister David Cameron resigned, the identity of the new Prime Minister – who will be charged with implementing Brexit – has become known.

Home Secretary Theresa May became the sole remaining candidate for the leadership of the Conservative party, and therefore for Prime Minister, after rival Andrea Leadsom dropped out of the race today (Monday).

Energy Minister Leadsom gave a brief statement announcing her resignation. “Strong leadership is needed urgently to begin the work of withdrawing from the European Union,” she said, “A nine-week leadership campaign at such a critical moment is highly undesirable.”

Mrs. Leadsom referenced the broad support May enjoyed among Conservative Members of Parliament, making her “ideally placed to implement Brexit on the best possible terms for the British people, and she has promised she will do so.

“I have concluded that the interests of our country are best served by the immediate appointment of a strong and well-supported prime minister. I am therefore withdrawing from the leadership election, and I wish Mrs May the very greatest success,” the Energy Minister ended.

Secretary May opposed leaving the European Union in the lead-up to the referendum, but has repeatedly declared her commitment to the people’s decision. She reiterated this in a speech earlier today setting out her leadership campaign platform, saying that “Brexit means Brexit; and we’re going to make a success of it.

Political opponents of Mrs. May have argued that the next leader of Britain needs to be someone who had backed the “leave” campaign, as Minister Leadsom had.

May, 59, has been an MP since 1997 and Home Secretary since 2010.

Conservative party Chairman Graham Brady said the Mrs. May will be formally confirmed as the new party leader once the party board has been consulted.

He declined to provide a timetable for events, only saying it will not take nine weeks, as would have been the plan had more than one candidate stayed in the race.

Once installed as party leader, Mrs. May will automatically become Britain’s second female Prime Minister, taking the office formerly occupied by Margaret Thatcher.

What’s that old adage?

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it’s probably a duck.

Let’s apply the duck test to the question of Barack Obama’s latent anti-Semitism rising to the surface and manifesting itself in outrageous anti-Israel policies.

• Obama used taxpayer money, his own political operatives and a nonprofit front group to interfere in the recent Israeli election, specifically with the intent of toppling Benjamin Netanyahu as prime minister. It was an unprecedented move against an America ally, arguably an impeachable offense, a criminal misappropriation of government funds and, thankfully, a complete failure, like most of Obama’s foreign misadventures. It’s also prima facie evidence of Obama’s hatred of Israel – the one and only Jewish state.

• Obama is rushing headlong into what is almost universally regarded by astute, adult foreign policy experts as an Iran nuclear deal that will actually provide all the cover Tehran needs to continue its pursuit of weapons of mass destruction, which it has consistently threatened to use to obliterate Israel – the one and only Jewish state. (Obama has done this even while Iran’s mullahs and ayatollah continue to plan a catastrophic electromagnetic pulse attack against the U.S. and scream “death to America.”)

• Obama’s anti-Israel bent has been palpable since his first full day in office – Jan. 21, 2009 – when he gathered his new national-security team in the Oval Office and laid out a tough new policy toward Israel. Central to his strategy was pressuring Israel – the one and only Jewish state – to make whatever accommodations were necessary to accommodate the so-called “Palestinian grievances.” Israel would have to stop building homes and communities for Jews in Judea, Samaria and even the eastern part of Jerusalem. Building homes for non-Jews was fine. Obama’s White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel famously told Abe Foxman in a private meeting: “This is Israel’s moment of truth. This president is determined to make peace between Israel and the Arabs.”

DETROIT – Rasmieh Odeh, a Palestinian woman who conceived of and led a deadly 1969 Jerusalem bombing plot that killed two civilians, has had her citizenship revokedand will serve 18 months in an American prison for naturalization fraud. Prosecutors had asked for her to serve five to seven years. Her defense maintains even her 18-month sentence in prison is “unjust.”

At Thursday’s sentencing hearing, both the courtroom and media overflow rooms were filled to capacity with over a hundred supporters from the larger Arab American community attending the hearing. Her support base anxiously tweeted a rolling commentary on the verbatim transcript of court proceedings being relayed to them online. “Just f..k the US justice system.” “The appellate judge(s) better be wiser than this douchebag” #RasmiehOdeh.

Odeh never would have been allowed into the United States, and never would have been naturalized as an American citizen, had immigration officials known about the 10 years she spent in Israeli prisons for helping bomb a Jerusalem supermarket, killing two Hebrew University students. But Odeh, 67, failed to disclose that history, checking “no” on her immigration and naturalization applications to questions that asked if she had ever been arrested, convicted or imprisoned.

Those false answers allowed her to live an idyllic life in America for 20 years. Her lies ultimately caught up with her, and the prosecutors, to their credit, initiated an investigation and prosecution that resulted in her conviction on one count of naturalization fraud last November.

A runoff that was expected to be a slam dunk for Rahm Emanuel is turning out to be uncomfortably — even dangerously — close, leading the Chicago mayor to ready a scorched-earth offensive to save his job.

Recent polling shows the race between Emanuel and his unknown and underfunded rival, Jesus “Chuy” Garcia, has closed to within single digits. With local and national progressive groups lining up behind Garcia and promising to pour cash into the effort to deny Emanuel a second term, the mayor is suddenly scratching and clawing for his political existence.

Minnesota: #Muslim Pleads Guilty to Trying to Join #ISIS Terror !!!

A Minnesota teenager who had been stopped at the airport as he was trying to travel to Syria pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization.

Abdullahi Mohamud Yusuf, 18, admitted in U.S. District Court in Minneapolis that he had intended to go to Syria last May to join the Islamic State group. He faces a maximum of 15 years in prison. No sentencing date has been set.

Authorities say a handful of Minnesota residents have traveled to Syria to fight with militants in the last year. At least one Minnesotan has died there. In addition, at least 22 young Somali men have traveled from Minnesota to Somalia since 2007 to join the terrorist group al-Shabab.

Yusuf admitted in court that he learned about people who had traveled or wanted to travel to Syria to fight against the regime of President Bashar Assad. Yusuf said he attended meetings in Minnesota last March and April in which participants discussed fighting.
