With 99% of the votes counted, the “Likud” grew to 30 Knesset seats, while the “Zionist Camp” trailed behind with only 24. Third came the “Joint List” with 14 seats, while Bennett crashed to 8 and “Meretz” barely crossed the threshold.

Netanyahu's victory speecWith 99% of the votes counted, the 2015 election results saw the ruling party “Likud” grow to 30 Knesset seats, with the “Zionist Camp” led by Herzog trailing behind with only 24. Next in line, the “Joint List” with 14 Knesset seats, followed by “Yesh Atid” with 11, “Kulanu” with 10 and Naftali Bennett’s “HaBayit HaYehudi” shrinking to only 8.
Aryeh Deri’s “Shas” party won 7 Knesset seats, while the “United Torah Judaism” and Lieberman’s “Yisrael Beiteinu” each stood at 6 seats, and “Meretz” barely crossed the votes threshold, seemingly winning only 4 seats. Eli Yishai’s “Yachad” party received only 3% of the votes and will not enter the 20th Knesset.

Earlier, Prime Minister Netanyahu gave a victory speech at the Likud headquarters. “My dear friends, against all odds we achieved a great victory for the Likud,” Netanyahu stated in front of an enthusiastic audience, who kept calling: “We don’t want a unity government.” Netanyahu went on to state: “I am proud of the people of Israel, who at the moment of truth knew to separate the wheat from the chaff and stand for the things that are important to all of us.”
