A Muslim ‘zealot’ suspected of radicalising the nanny who beheaded a four-year-old girl has been detained by police in Tajikistan.Mamur Dzhurakulov, 48, had wed Gyulchekhra Bobokulova in a Sharia ceremony, after which her behaviour and outlook on life changed, according to her eldest son who said she encouraged him to train as a jihad fighter in Syria.The 38-year-old nanny – a citizen of Uzbekistan – was last week charged with murdering the child, whose severed head she brandished in the streets of Moscow.She confessed to the killing and claimed it was revenge for Vladimir Putin’s aerial bombardment of Muslims in Syria.The Kremlin labelled her ‘insane’ and while under arrest in Russia she is undergoing psychiatric tests having earlier suffered from schizophrenia, according to medical documents.Her Sharia husband Dzhurakulov – who the nanny had met in March 2014 – was detained by Tajik police last week, it is understood.He is expected to face questioning on his relationship with the nanny and whether, as police suspect, he exploited her mental state to encourage her to commit an act of terror in murdering the child.She is believed to have had a raging argument with him on the phone the day before killing Anastasia [Nastya] Meshcheryakova, who was buried in the Orel region of Russia today.The nanny’s son Rakhmatillo Ashurov, 19, said his mother became a different person after marrying Dzhurakulov.‘Since that time, I noticed that my mother changed,’ he told police in Uzbekistan.‘During phone calls she started regularly telling me to pray five times a day, and to live in line with Sharia Law as it is an obligation of every Muslim.’Under the influence of Dzhurakulov, she told him he could become a jihad fighter and go to Syria with her – but he refused.‘She told me that she wanted to do the Hajj and move to Syria because she would be able to wear a hijab, live in line with Sharia Law, study Islamic law,’ he said.‘Once I’d trained in a militant camp, I could become a mujahedin fighter and do jihad. Mamur could go to Syria with us if he was able to.’The son said he bluntly refused his mother’s suggestion, and told her he would rather emigrate to America or South Korea.He also revealed that for a time he lived in Dzhurakulov’s flat which he shared with other deeply devout migrant workers.‘All of them were religious, were praying regularly,’ he said, adding that he moved out because he didn’t fit in.They discussed moving to a country where Sharia Law applied, but Ashurov said he moved out because he was not religious….
Inrikes. Nathalie Hager, 29, was on her way home from a bus stop when a group of Arabic-speaking men suddenly attacked her outside a church. She managed to fight her way out of a gang rape but was left badly injured.“They beat me black and blue and cut into one of my breasts, while shouting at me that I was a Swedish whore,” Nathalie told Fria Tider.The attack took place near the church in the pittoresque [sic] town of Nora, west of Stockholm, late Tuesday night. Nathalie Hager, who has suffered memory lapses because of the hard blows she received to her head during the attempted gang rape, had followed a friend to the bus stop.Later, she went back to the bus stop again, since her friend thought she had forgotten her gloves there. When Nathalie was walking home for the second time, she noticed a group of men walking briskly behind her. She called her boyfriend and started to run, but after a chase of about a hundred meters the men caught up with her.“They pushed me down on my stomach and dragged me by my hair up a paved hill and into an alley. I have no memories of them beating me, but my face is all blue and swollen. They also cut into one of my breasts with something that must have been a carpet knife or a a razor blade, the wounds are long and narrow. I also have big black marks on my arms where they held me.”Came around when the rape was about to start
Ms. Hager has no recollection of what happened until when she saw the men pulling their trousers down.“Then I came around and noticed that they had ripped up all of my clothes. Somehow I managed to get away, I guess I must have beat them and clawed my way free because my hands are blue and black and swollen. I also had blood under my nails, which has been sampled by the police.While running away Nathalie saw her boyfriend 50 meters away. At that point, the men departed from the scene. Soon thereafter, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, she contacted the police. She went to the police station to report the assault.According to Nathalie, who has worked with Arabs, the men were about 30-35 years old and spoke Arabic with what she believes is the Syrian dialect. One of them was wearing a white baseball cap and the others regular winter caps.“Swedish whore!”
“My friend, whom I had earlier followed to the bus stop, had observed a bunch of foreign guys at the bus stop after I walked away. Some of them climbed aboard the bus but three or four remained here,” Nathalie said.In addition to speaking Arabic, the men used a few simple insulting expressions in Swedish during the attempted gang rape.“It was only dirty words. ‘Swedish whore’ or ‘Swedish slut’ and ‘cunt’. No full sentences. In my impression, they spoke no Swedish except these words, so I assume they were asylum seekers.”According to Nathalie, the police have not been in contact with her since she reported the assault on Tuesday evening. She herself has tried to contact them, having discovered more injuries and having realized that some details of her recollection had been inaccurate. But nobody has called back.…
A SOMALIAN migrant brought through the courts for molesting a child at a train station doesn’t think he did anything wrong due to ‘cultural differences’, a court heard.Ali Abdullahi, 34, tried to kiss a 15-year-old girl on a station platform, lunged at a female passenger on a train journey and made an approach at another woman.But despite pleading guilty to two counts of sexual assault the security guard, who came to Britain in 2011, still has trouble admitting he did anything wrong, a court heard.He told police he came from a conservative culture and doesn’t grasp the sexual boundary between men and women in the UK.But his mitigation was rejected by a judge on Friday who said the offences could not be put down to cultural differences and were simply sexually motivated.Abdullahi was given a community order and told to attend a sex offender course to improve his conduct with women following the offences, which took place in December 2013.Exeter Crown Court heard Abdullahi approached a 15-year-old girl at Torquay train station, Devon, and “behaved completely inappropriately”.Judge Graham Cottle said: “She was probably very frightened.“Later that day you approached another slightly older victim who got on the train travelling towards Bristol Temple Meads.“You behaved completely inappropriately towards her.“The sex offending was not of the most serious kind but would have been extremely frightening to both girls.”Abdullahi then approached a third woman, a student, at the station in Bristol. She made no complaint of physical contact but had been left worried by his conversation.Adrian Chaplin, mitigating, said Abdullahi comes from Somalia but came to Britain via Kenya in 2011, and has a wife who is currently living in Ethiopia….
Doctors and medical staff have confirmed that at least seven boys, aged between 14 and 16, have been raped inside the so-called ‘Jungle’ migrant camp in Calais.In four of the cases the boys had been abused so brutally they required surgery. Three of them declined treatment, however, because of fear repercussions and losing their honour.Medical volunteers based near Calais made the revelations to the Independent. They said that all of the boys had injuries consistent with the crimes they had reported. This is no way to ensure our security in Britain.’People smugglers are currently offering for 1,000 euros to help migrants make the 375 mile trip from the Greek border with Macedonia to Belgrade in Serbia, where they can pay an extra 1,000 to 3,000 euros to get to Vienna.The European Commission yesterday launched the 700million euro (£550million) humanitarian disasterWhen EU countries are overwhelmed by major crises – such as the current migrant crisis – the money will be spent through charities and aid organisations such as the Red Cross.Groups working in Greece, where tens of thousands of migrants are currently stranded, are expected to be the first to be allocated funds from the new pot.Mr Stylianides said there were different ways the Commission could ‘help refugees on the ground to make sure they can survive and have the best possible living conditions’ including through giving cash or vouchers.He said: ‘I believe that in Greece, given that it is a European country that has a certain degree of a good functioning of the banking sector, we could apply the cash and voucher procedure.‘It is my own personal view that the cash and voucher procedure will prove particularly helpful in this case and it is an important option being given as it ensures dignity for refugees, while helping local communities because they will be selling their own goods and services.’Commission documents suggested the money could be distributed through cash in envelopes, mobile phone transfers or bank account deposits.’
